    Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

    Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

    @ImyYusuf @bt_uk All 084 & 087 numbers are premium rate with an additional Service Charge. BT continues to confuse their customers by including 0845 & 0870 numbers in some call plans, but only at certain times of the day or on certain days of the week.

    @ImyYusuf @bt_uk Anyone with an 084 number can swap to the matching 034 number. Anyone with an 087 number can swap to the matching 037 number. Anyone needing a brand new 03 number can use an 030 number if they are a public service or charity, or use an 033 number for everyone else.
