Hannah Bamford (@whambam__) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandSpoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. Sorted Magazine (@SortedMagazine) reported from Littlehampton, England@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan
-
Scott McAvoy-Hunnisett (@Southdown712) reported from Littlehampton, England@bt_uk because I won't upgrade my internet package and pay more, you slow my internet down! Noticable change since time lapsed.

We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt
-

BRZN (@brznbeer) reported from Hove, England@bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.
-
BRZN (@brznbeer) reported from Hove, England@bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.
-
Scott McAvoy-Hunnisett (@Southdown712) reported from Littlehampton, England@Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.
-

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Kerry Sumner (@MinsterStudios) reported@bt_uk very disappointed that no one has been in touch regarding my complaint or actioned anything at all. The executive team were supposed to get back to me yesterday
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reportedHad a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedi absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk please, please when will Openreach fix the cable damage that has affected residents in Grange Estate, Church Crookham! We’ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!
-
namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?
-
Karen: “I identify as a Goddess 👑” Totes Bonafido (@ladylittler) reported@bt_uk I still need my mobile to be able to do this! The system won’t let me in on our login: saying incorrect when we know it isn’t. An update would be nice
