One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
