@Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

@BBCMOTD This commentary on @btsport is unbelievable! Every 2 seconds how bad BMG are interspersed with how brilliant RM are. Just shut up! Going on and on... 😩

@bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.
-
Karen Hazzard (@karenhazz) reported from Littlehampton, England

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Goodness! 👏 What a palaver tho! We've been in your position and feel your pain. We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.
-
Susan Fourtané (@SusanFourtane) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

-
𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕢𝕦𝕚 𝕃𝕝𝕠𝕪𝕕 (@Jaklloyd) reported from Horsham, England
Congrats @bt_uk - you really are spectacularly inept! I’ve played nicely, waited patiently and spent hours on your chat function trying to resolve an issue. You’ve even closed the complaint (after taking no action!) I now have to resort to this. #customerservice #epicfail #bt

Joe Jones (@TheOnLiberty) reported
@bt_uk Straight to action when I Tweet! Ridiculous. I've been on the phone to you already - it's a charade. Don't try and save face now. Engineer was meant to be out today to fix it - checked for updates and it said the fix was yesterday. Phone line and WiFi still not working.
-
sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported
@bt_uk Yet I’ve had a fault since the 14th of December and openreach kept cancelling my appointments. He said if we were on the halo plan then maybe he could have done more but we’re not. Internet went down for about 9 hours yesterday
-
sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported
@bt_uk of an ***. My brother and mum were witness to the whole conversation because it was on loudspeaker. He wouldn’t email his manager because I wouldn’t tell him what my complaint about him was about. Even when I told him he was still asking for a reason and not accepting it.
-
Richard (@RichProcurement) reported
@bt_uk One of my highlights was how you managed so far to take over 6 months to not install a phone line into my property. Between you & @OpenreachHelp you’re incompetence and customer service has been a downright disgrace @OmbudServices
-
sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported
@bt_uk People have this power trip mentality over the phone. It’s not the first advisor who’s been like this with me but he’s been the worst one so far. Believe me if we were face to face no one would be talking to anyone like that so why do it over the phone?
-
Joe Jones (@TheOnLiberty) reported
@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp are forcing us out of our home during lockdown and at the height of the pandemic. WiFi has been down for over a week. 3 times they've said they'll fixed it by x date and 3 times they haven't done so. No excuse. They're just scrimping on costs at our expense.
-
Jack Hurst (@Jack_Hurst) reported
@bt_uk Hey Sharonk. Nope, no service at all. I saw some vans at the exchange earlier so I was hoping for news, but nothings changed yet. Just hoping to get it fixed quickly, as I'm working from home
-
sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported
@bt_uk And now apparently my complaint has been closed but no one has called me to speak about it
-
Jamie Coot (@Mr_JamieCoot) reported
@bt_uk Worst WiFi I have ever experienced. As soon as my contract is up I'm moving to sky

Gaz Fox (@gazfox66) reported
