Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@bt_uk Why have a support contact number when you divert customers to a text service (that doesn't work) hide your online chat & remove the one system (phone) that elderly users prefer. The chat works if your Internet works- which of course it won't for many trying to contact you

@bt_uk They say they can't change me onto it as its for new customers even though it doesn't say that anywhere. I thought we were well past this penalising loyal customers business practice. Poor show overall really.

@bt_uk You've diverted it to a text service - which when I try and complete, bounces back.
