@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk It seems to be working again, broadband went down for half an hour like last time it was fixed, then all working again. We received a garbled voice text on the landline from BT, but it seemed to be only half a message and couldn't reply to it - terrible tech😬
