BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Robbie Swanson (@Robswanney) reported@btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
-
Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@bt_uk Fibre down again in G13, getting sick of this. Ever since you jumped in with EE the service has been garbage. Sick of paying you people good money for crap internet.
-
Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported@bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.
-
IsItAnyWonder? #FBPE (@IsItAnyWonder1) reported@bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.
-
Tom Chapman 🐀 (@TomChap) reported@bt_uk I recently left BT broadband in March. Is it ok for me to cancel the DirectDebit?
-
Dave R (@daveRessex) reported@bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?
-
Richard Pont (@richard_pont) reportedHugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
-
Aaron Law (@AaronLaw92) reported@bt_uk It's never worked since signing up, I was told my account was being deleted so it could be recreated
-
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
