Not often you can report amazing service from @bt_uk but 3 hrs ago I reported a fault and the engineer has already been and fixed the broken cable! Well done @bt_uk

  • ca95014
Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

  • trudson
Trudy Cocker (@trudson) reported from Horndean, England

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

  • ca95014
Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

  • nickj76
Nick Jenkins (@nickj76) reported from Easebourne, England

@bt_uk why do I bother paying a premium for your services when my internet spends more time down than up😠😠 3 open reach engineers are in my road doing god knows, what the betting one of them has ****** up my connection again 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  • Stephen1970THFC
StephenTHFC (@Stephen1970THFC) reported from Chichester, England

@Moby_Spurs @btsport Lucy ward. Female version of Gary Neville. Awful

  • JackDogAiredale
Jack-Dog (@JackDogAiredale) reported from Busbridge, England

@Marcuspdm Hoomum woke up and is now awake trying to sort out her stoopid @BTGroup @bt_uk broadband 😡🤬For a business that is “breaking down the barriers of today to release the potential of tomorrow” they do seem monumentally hopeless.

  • StephenPay1970
StephenTHFC (@StephenPay1970) reported from Chichester, England

@Moby_Spurs @NOWSport @btsport It’s terrible really. Like watching a dodgy stream. Might just go back to sky.

  • StephenPay1970
StephenTHFC (@StephenPay1970) reported from Chichester, England

@jasonj827 @NOWSport @btsport No. Done it before. Paid £20 for rubbish signal.

  • martinbamford
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

  • martinbamford
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

And once again, @btbusinesscare won’t talk to me as apparently I’m not named on the account! This despite my name being added last time we had a problem. Head. Desk. Bang.

  • simm_minogue
Simm Minogue (@simm_minogue) reported from Whitehill, England

@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

  • SImonPegg5
SImon Pegg (@SImonPegg5) reported from Chichester, England

@bt_uk Why does my WiFi always drop when it rains ? Been doing it for years and you've never resolved the problem.

  • ca95014
Dom 🎧📱👨🏼‍💻 (@ca95014) reported from Liss, England

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

  • martinbamford
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

@LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

  • simm_minogue
Simm Minogue (@simm_minogue) reported from Whitehill, England

Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

  • martinbamford
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England

Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

  • clivewaller
clive waller (@clivewaller) reported from Stroud, England

Dear @bt_uk, I have been holding on to your “we are very busy, as always line”for 17 minutes, and counting! I was going to order a new phone. Now I’m cancelling the line. Appalling service

  • Charlie20185432
ComeOnYouSpurs💙 (@Charlie20185432) reported from Chichester, England

Bt sports and tv package cancelled fed up with paying these over the top pricing esp now they have got that wrestling shit on @btsport

  • leedvnprt
    lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported

@bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

  • Monetization26
    Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported

@robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying there’s nothing wrong and I’m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.

  • EphemeralArc
    Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported

@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

  • EddieCrouch
    Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reported

After 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?

  • iMcKenzied
    (((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported

@bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.

  • GFX2001
    Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported

@bt_uk BT Message Chat is less than useless. Just spent 30 Minutes trying to get the "Free Speed Upgrade" promised when I upgraded to Full Fibre but not received. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.

  • technicslover
    Technicslover (@technicslover) reported

Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.

  • CarolLo58903853

@bt_uk And I've missed 2 calls this afternoon due to my poor mobile signal. But no message left or any info.

@bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious

  • tilly4071
    andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported

@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
