    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

    Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @bt_uk Hi, I can't setup my BT Smart Hub 2. The phone support line disconnected me after more than 60 minutes, the live chat isn't on, and the texting support doesn't recognise the number that I gave it (which I got from the My BT app). What do I do? I need internet for my job

    @bt_uk another epic fail from you - broadband takeover from 18 Jan turns into 20 Jan, 22 Jan, 1 Feb, 2 Feb, now 8 Feb. And you let the lovely Lawrence take the fall. You can't support your colleagues or your customers. Please send your formal complaints process... 1/2

    .@bt_uk -horrendous service. My services were disconnected by you last Monday (for no reason). I have since spent at least 2 hours a day on the phone trying to be reconnected. My wife is a teacher & needs the internet to teach! I also work from home. This needs to be sorted now.

    Why would @FreeSports_TV show the NHL but half an hour behind? Either we miss the first half an hour or we watch the whole game behind real time. Poor show, but have come to expect nothing better from the @PremierSportsTV group. Hopefully @btsport pick up some more NHL games...
