@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

@bt_uk Yes there was a problem with the existing line in the new house and they cancelled our order without telling us ! So we made the order two weeks ago before moving amd only found out after we moved and the broad band didn’t come on as expected .

@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

@bt_uk Same thing I’ve been told every time I speak to someone. BT error that disconnected my broadband 11 days ago. What happened to all the scheduled call backs that never happened? How long does it take to complete an ‘order’ to rectify a BT error. Not good at all.

@Nusbacher @bt_uk @bt_global Everything is slow here in Door County, WI.(small peninsula on Lake Michigan) I had to place orders for my resort 2 months in advance and forget about having a plumber or Electrician come out right away they are booked months out. Small price to pay for living the lake life🌻
