    Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

    pay for btsport, pay again for UHD because SD looks especially awful for some reason, pay again to have it broadcast through your sky box, pay again to have it in multi-room... god i love BT and their consumer friendly business model.

    @BTCare YouView box has packed up AGAIN!!! No internet channels, no sport etc, done all the checks, reset routers etc!! Chat can’t help!! We’re on our 3rd box already, poor quality and now paying through the nose for a service im not getting!! 🤬

    @bt_uk @BTCare sort out 'customer services' please! I do not appreciate surly remarks when I politely ask for literature rather than a call. Yes you are my provider but no I do not want to be harassed into upgrading - whatever that means..

    Laughable service from @bt_uk. Just called cancellations, man on phone said he couldn't hear me, that it was a terrible line. He was coming through crystal clear. So I hung up, dialled again, was added to a queue, and then they cut me off as I waited. This is a TELECOMS company.

    @bt_uk My only issue with the situation is it would have been nice if instructions told me I had to use the ADSL filter and cable on the new box. It didn't say. So I thought wireless would work. Which panicked me when it didn't. But all is good now. Since I figured it out myself.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk It is connected at the moment. The letter I have clearly states it is recommended that I set it up when it arrives. So that when the change over does happen. No interruption to my service will occur. It also said the new hub can run my old (current) broadband service.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, mobile phone call on Sunday morning wasnt clear..and yes its extremely frustrating . I have been a customer for over 20 years and this really isnt accepable

    @bt_uk Signal dropping in and out ,traced to fault on the connection on the line from the pole . Engineers kept cancelling all last week ,engineer on Saturday not able to climb pole and agent on Sunday unsble to confirm when fault was going to be solved this week

    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.
