    @danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

    @bt_uk Ok thanks for the replies. I do think this is something that needs to be looked at before 2025 because it effectively makes the service worse than it was before, and could leave vulnerable people without a means to communicate with the outside world. Thanks

    @bt_uk I need to talk to your CEO. No one else can help solve our 5 month old problem of dumbed down internet speeds. As our ISP you’re rolling over and not fighting for your customers. The ‘Executive office’ haven’t got a clue.

    Day 4 of @btsport @Plusnet issues. Any updates? Any workarounds or compensation plans? Spoke to BT tech support and told it's a known major issue escalated to highest level but customer service teams still seem unaware.
