    @henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    @bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

    @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

    @btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    @bt_uk Thanks for the response. Seeing as part of the complaint is that the lack of a non telephone way of making a complaint or suggestion as a potential but not existing customer is not meeting basic standards of accessibility, offering to call them is not really an acceptable answer.

    @bt_uk TBH we tried this on Saturday nothing comes of it. Nobody listens and I get pushed from pillar to post. I am paying for a service that I do not have. Really disappointing.

    @bt_uk Our Internet has been down since 12pm Monday 5th,now they are saying an estimated fix time of Wednesday the 7th 12:59pm? That's a joke. We pay good money for our Internet and for it not to work? Complaints will be being made. Not happy.

    @btbusinesscare I need to change my business phone line to residential, but so far no one at BT has been able to help, redirected to someone in Scotland but he gave up. Don't give me a phone number as auto redirection doesn't work. I could change provider if that is easier.

    @bt_uk That was hard work. Couldn’t understand/hear customer services. Someone needs to just ask me for the location and tape the cable back up. I would have thought this may be a priority as it is at a school. I can’t speak to your agents. Too hard.
