  @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

  @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball.   @bt_uk your service is an absolute joke. Slot booked for 1-6 for an engineer to see to a fault - text us at 17:40 telling us that it’s been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances!!! Can’t afford to take days off work to re-arrange. Nobody to speak to via phone. It’s a disgrace

  @Tim_Oldland @bt_uk Absolute joke of a service, we moved house at the end of April, didn’t have wifi till the end of May, and have had our entire package double in price and been charged new customer activation bills etc because they can’t do a simple task correctly

  @bt_uk is there a ongoing problem in the NE4 area? Last three days the internet has been stop start at best, usually no problems but long buffering and poor connectivity…done all the troubleshooting..thanks
