Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk you’ve emailed me three times now over the past three months with a digital voice activation date, and each time it never happened. Your chat help times out after 20 minutes and your call centre doesn’t pick up. Do you have an email address or postal address so I can contact you?
-
Paul Williams (@DonPauleone1987) reported@bt_uk hi. Hope you’re well. Tried DMing you about an issue with my account but I keep getting an auto response to log in to the app. Part of the issue I’m having is not being able to do that. I’m not calling 150 either. Please can someone reach out. Thanks. Paul.
-
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk As previously stated, I will never call BT again. Absolutely appalling services provided whenever I have called them.
-
George Somerville (@geosomerville) reportedDear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!
