Trudy Cocker (@trudson) reported from Horndean, England@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help
-
Dan Sharpe (@dansharpe90) reported from West End, England@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)
-
Beverly Ardabili (@Bev1975) reported from Eastleigh, England@allssfc72 @bt_uk I had terrible trouble getting them to sort out my house move a few years ago. Terrible service and, ironically, I remember them cutting me off mid phone call trying to sort 🙄🤣
-
A (@AbbieAwdas) reported from Fareham, England@btsport might just cancel my contract if you keep charging for games. No point having it anymore
-
Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?
-
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT
-
Junquet (@JunquetbySolent) reported from Gosport, England@bt_uk Thank you BT - NOT I’ve wasted 30mins trying to sort email on iPhone which I now find is a BTYahoo issue. Why don’t you put an error message on Mybt app - the first place I looked - as well as webpage
-
Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.
-
TO¥!N (@ToystarDt) reported from Portsmouth, England@btsport need to Fix up man! This is why Champions league should go back to Sky Sports and ITV

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
MattHopkins1620 (@MattHopkins1620) reported@bt_uk are committed to excellent customer service, they say so when you ring them. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.
-
Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@bt_uk Did you read my message correctly? I do not have signal to call!
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reportedi’m trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message won’t open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Ste (@stepho2k1) reported@bt_uk why is your sales team pushing an elderly person with parkinsons to sign up for a new service. I will be calling tonight to sort this. Not happy
-
Broden 🇬🇧♿✝️ (@Gavtaraysin) reported@bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?
-
Larissa Collins🇱🇹🇮🇪🏴 (@CollinsLarissa) reported@bt_uk So you’re making an upgrade I never asked for and it’s still cost me over an hour on the phone because you can’t get your appointments in the right order. I don’t care about your rigid systems - I’m the customer. I care even less that ‘AI did it’ - you trained it.
-
Nscale (@nscale) reportedLast month we announced our plans to work with @bt_uk and @nvidia to bring sovereign AI infrastructure to the UK. Deploying up to 14MW of NVIDIA-powered compute across three BT sites, connected by their national network, with all data remaining within the UK. 🧵
-
Dean Gray (@iamdg755) reported@bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
