@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk She wasn’t given anything apart from a reference number. Said it can take 24 hours for service to resume once they payment was made again even through she paid the bill in March, then was told can take 3 weeks to look into the missing payment from March

@btbusinesscare Could we get some help which is outstanding since last year BT took money through DDR well over 20 K and not issuing the refund .is it a normal corporate practice of BT to steal money from clients accounts
