    @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

    @bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @bt_uk hi there are you having issues today because my WiFi has been abysmal. Keeps dropping every 5 mins or so. Hub flashes purple, then solid orange, flashing orange, solid blue, repeat !

    @bt_uk any update on the mast issues in Twickenham? I’ve had no service since the 17th Match. Excuse after excuse. If I can’t patch onto WiFi then I cannot make / receive calls. Unacceptable. My next update from BT is due tomorrow. I want to change provider and will do so.

    @bt_uk fault reporting service turned out to be abysmal. In every respect. For 2 days. Except for Ben in Belfast who works in Complaints and who I phoned in quiet desperation. Thanks Ben! btw @bt_uk your handsets are rubbish too

    Thanks @bt_uk because the link didn’t work to receive £110 gift card when I signed up for full fibre/phone at £54.99 a month - I DIDNT get my reward!! I submitted a complaint & they said ‘NO’ -Thanks a bunch! That reward would have benefitted me & my 2yo daughter we live alone!!

    @bt_uk I am receiving calls daily, scam calls from 0782 and 0208 numbers, obviously originating in India, why are BT helping these people to use their network with spoof caller ID, scamming old people out of their savings? rendering landline unusable.What are BT doing about it?
