Dan Sharpe (@dansharpe90) reported from West End, England@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)
-
Chris Green (@ChrisGreenCG) reported from Portsmouth, England@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.
-
Junquet (@JunquetbySolent) reported from Gosport, England@bt_uk Thank you BT - NOT I’ve wasted 30mins trying to sort email on iPhone which I now find is a BTYahoo issue. Why don’t you put an error message on Mybt app - the first place I looked - as well as webpage
-
Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, EnglandAll this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague
-
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England@bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....
-
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, EnglandLast night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. -
Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, EnglandNot gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.
-
Charlie Gamble (@_charliegamble) reported from Hedge End, England@btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?
-
Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.
-
Saint Aidan (@aidanrudd) reported from Locks Heath, England@bt_uk Please can you let me know how I can get a 2nd disk for whole house WiFi? Current WiFi is intermittent & causing video call problems. Thanks

Steven (@Stevenorient) reported from Newport, England@btsportscore @btsportfootball @btsport @premierleague @julesbreach @RobbieSavage8 @chris_sutton73 @mrjakehumphrey Terrible decision
-
SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.
-
Eagle Eyes 👀 (@spenaldo73) reported from Gosport, England@bt_uk having issues trying to use my own router with fibre broadband, currently trying to get through to 150, been waiting for 33 mins and counting
-
Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?
-

Nick Scurr of #Nicks_Music_Promo™ 🦩🎪 (@NickScurr) reported from Newport, England@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓
-
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

steven 🏴🇨🇱🇮🇪 (@weblivz) reported@bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

Amit (@Amit72191182463) reported@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
-
Kevin Chubb (@swanseagas) reportedIt only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.
