  @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

  @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball.   Through a stupid mistake our phone and broadband was cut off on Tuesday. We have had to reorder and will be reconnected next Wednesday. We were given a EE mini hub which worked beautifully but was disconnected this morning telling us we are back on Broadband. 1/2 @bt_uk
