    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @BTCare live chat refuses to work and your engineer did not resolve my lack of broadband which has now been ongoing for a week, plus 2 to sort the home move. Absolute joke. Cancel the service, I don't want something that doesn't work and you don't care enough to fix.

    @bt_uk 2 days of trying to get through to Bt. Need to make a serious complaint. Since installing smart hub I can't print or connect to remote desktop. So I can't work. I want out of this contract. I don't care how fast my network is, it's now useless.

    @bt_uk In this modern world where everything we do is mobile, why would I tie myself to my home. Nearly everywhere on the high street, pubs, library etc have free wifi. Pay as you go doesn't require notice periods or contracts. Why tie yourself down! And rural communities still lack BB.
