@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@btsport I was really looking forward to watching the @SeniorsDarts this weekend but it's like watching the darts from the 80's, the picture is terrible and the commentary is in mono and sounds like the commentators are under water....can you explain why this is???

Anybody else in my area, Newport,S E Wales having trouble with their @bt_uk broadband? Have had it crash 5 times I think on us since Wed. Definitely a recurring fault on the line, junction box, etc., not in the house tho I've been told. Bugger! C'mon BT, sort it out properly pls.
