Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk Hey BT, been having issues speed issues recently with upload speeds nearly over 3x ~worse~ than what's been guaranteed. To add salt to the wound, we've just called your customer support team and after holding on the phone – was hung up on instantly. Pretty poor form.

@bt_uk My hub came today and I’ve set it up, and my activation date is tomorrow. The hub is currently flashing pink/purple, is this just because it hasn’t activated yet? Or is another issue causing the pink flashing
