@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk We were initially told it was an issue near the exchange and could be fixed remotely but could be 4 days to fix. Online messaging with your team then resulted in an engineer being booked “just in case” but without a working connection we can’t work from home!

@bt_uk Every single customer BT has needs BT to look into it further. FTTP shouldn't have deliberately neutered uploads, if they pay for 500mbps then that should be download and upload. Like companies in every other nation offer.

I just had 2 minutes of stable connection. Almost feel like celebrating with a 6 week Holiday in Australia. Played 18 games of FUT Champs with a signal strength only accurately comparable to dial up from the 90’s. @bt_uk out here powering my internet with a hyena on a bike

@bt_uk Any reason your support is still assuring people that they can switch to digital voice and keep using third party routers? Support insists an adapter is provided however doesn't this only allow third party phones with a BT hub required?
