    @bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days sheโ€™s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now thereโ€™s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldnโ€™t make it up! Get a grip BT

    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isnโ€™t same as whatโ€™s on the app - terrible. Donโ€™t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s quite a specific scenario - itโ€™s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

    Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over ยฃ330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

    Imagine paying ยฃ20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always โ€˜busyโ€™ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with ยฃ96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

    @bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

    @bt_uk I've been a long-time BT TV customer, but with only the BBC left for news (versus Sky's 10+ channels), I need better choices. Enough is enough! Please expand your news lineup or risk losing subscribers. Waiting..

    @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?
