@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

  • simm_minogue Simm Minogue (@simm_minogue) reported from Whitehill, England

Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

  • LeeDonkin4 Lee Donkin (@LeeDonkin4) reported from Basingstoke, England

@MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!

  • SiGarner1 Simon (@SiGarner1) reported

@bt_uk is it possible for an existing customer to upgrade to 100 meg fibre? My only options look to be 500 or 900 which is way more than I need

  • EllieWoo currently reading: Dead Astronauts (@EllieWoo) reported

@bt_uk trying to cancel my account as I have moved overseas. But your cancellation number isnt working nor with int area code. Can I do this another way?

  • CamilaCSCaiado Camila Caiado (@CamilaCSCaiado) reported

@bt_uk And the next available date is April 8th, top service isn't it? I haven't moved, I'm not a new customer, I only asked for an upgrade and was willing to pay more for a better service at the same speed. What is your excuse?

  • Kisago28 Kisa (@Kisago28) reported

@bt_uk your tv service is horrendous. It’s never properly worked despite 3-4 boxes being sent to fix it. Now want to possibly charge me £85 for an engineer to come see what the issue is. I want to cancel. 1yr of stress over sh*tty tv service.

  • JackSGAshton Jack Ashton 💙 (@JackSGAshton) reported

@bt_uk ...impossoble to fix it remotely and the red light showing would always need an engineer. This is the second time BT have failed to deliver on a contract with me. The first one cost your company hundreds of pounds. I'm not sure why I would remain a BT customer now

  • ATOnRadio AdamOnRadio (@ATOnRadio) reported

@bt_uk Only lasted and hour and the same issue has happened again. Time to call up and be put on hold for an hour I've lost even more work now

  • Athommo1961 Adrian Thompson (@Athommo1961) reported

@bt_uk There are many local people reporting back on engineer visits - all are saying the problem is external (which is well known) and that the fault is not showing as major! We also have a report that rodents have destroyed 800m of cabling? Is anyone actually fixing anything in CM12?

  • Jimmyscambridge Jimmyscambridge (@Jimmyscambridge) reported

@cambslive We have been waiting nearly 7 months for internet access at our modular homes, with repeated missed deadlines and broken promises from @bt_uk and @openreachhelp. Result: huge costs for charity, digital exclusion for our residents. Interested in a story?

  • themurf72 Murphy (@themurf72) reported

@bt_uk Why is my broadband consistently dropping out slow etc had one engineer out promised another visit got cut off today no call back is it because you are the only provider in my postcode so you don’t care

  • wes_mathew Wesley Mathew (@wes_mathew) reported

@bt_uk please can you provide me with an email address I can use to cancel my broadband account. Thank you.
