Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

@btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Business Movers Team have lost our landline number, today is DAY 5 WITHOUT A LANDLINE to my business. As I quote you "The last thing you need" I've been told it maybe back within 28 days..... CASE IMP108531537 meantime we're closing down due to this.

What do you think of the BT tracker app that will map women on the way home? I know it doesn’t fix male violence. But I’d like a button on a smart watch where I could call help and take/send a photo instantly as well as tracking me. A deterrent? @bt_uk

@j_j0907 @bt_uk You can refuse payment for a service if it’s not what’s promised. Plus debt collectors won’t turn up for anything under £100. I’m guessing your an employee of @bt_uk judging by your tweets. Or just some sad man child with nothing better to do?
