Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

@keith_salmon @btsport I was a call centre manager from 1996 to 2009 with Littlewoods and would be embarrassed if people working for me acted like today’s advisors, I’ve battled with Vodafone all day over a phone they’re repairing, most don’t give a **** and the companies are just as bad

@bt_uk I’m residential & yes constant spam, I’ve tried blocking them & still coming through, it seems that it’s an overall issue with BT as lots of complaints about it.
