    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

    Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk our WiFi has been poor over the last few days. Buffering on apps on X Box and intermittently slow responce on other devices. Have reset router, but not really improved. On a super-expensive plan, so not v happy.

    @bt_uk Thank you but hopefully it should be ok. The person yesterday seemed to get us further along. We have to call tomorrow to do the next stage. If it turns out it's still a mess, I'll definitely take you up on the offer of help if I haven't exploded.

    @bt_uk I can't believe this company they got my mum to renew her contract and it doesn't work plus a engineer was meant to come on Wednesday but never showed up wtf thanks bt for nothing

    @bt_uk My phone line is completely dead. Apparently, there's a fault at the exchange. It can't be fixed until WEDNESDAY. Are you having a laugh? I'm a long-standing customer who has just endured another price hike. This is an infrastructure failure, not a dodgy phone. To make 1/2

    @Burnside_5 @bt_uk Thgats happened to me before. It’s so that they can say that they gif their SLA’s so that the employee dint get performance managed fur not hitting their SLA’s (even if complaint isn’t resolved!)
