@MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!

Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

@btsportfootball @btsport Why do you have women pundits talking about men's football? As we've just seen in the euros the men's game is completely different. Men's football is about pace & power - women's is about who has the least terrible defenders/goalie, there's no conviction or power in the shooting.

I always have to watch @btsport on mute because they have the most BTEC pundits/ commentators. Michael Owen and Jermain Jenas are enough to ruin any game. #NonsensePundits Fix it up, BT. Jenas is so boring & talks absolute poo! Ruining opening weekend.
