    @BTCare Hi Lisa. The problem randomly resolved itself. It's working fine now. I had an engineer booked for tomorrow but dont need them now. Do i have to call to cancel the appt?

    @BTCare @BTBusiness Both residential and business. Trying to move service to BTbusiness and BTresidential is now treating to cut my line off again!! I've spent hours trying to get this sorted. Running out of patience now.

    @BTCare I am having trouble resolving an incorrect bill issue, I have been promised a call back twice by your call centres with the resolution but no one calls. The payment is due to be taken by DD on 21st July. If this isn’t resolved by tomorrow I will be cancelling the DD.

    Hey @BTCare when someone makes a complaint that hasn’t been resolved do you really need to send this? Line was installed wrong, you told me I had to complain to openreach as you can’t do it for me even though you’re my service provider. Why would I tell someone else to use you?

    @BTCare @BT I have on several occasions and it’s part of a wider open complaint. There are issues on my account which is hindering the option to look at the line; however it’s taking so long to even get the simplest of tasks completed I can’t see an end in sight. A complete mess.

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
