Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

@btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

Hi @bt_uk and @VodafoneUK Great that you take fraud seriously! But both told me what *I* can do about it. I want to know what YOU are doing about number spoofing, constant number swapping and so on. After all, it's your network, right? You control access.

@bt_uk Hi, can you confirm if calls from India claiming to be about an ‘urgent BT Openreach broadband problem’ are genuine? I keep getting them and when put under scrutiny they hang up. Are these scams? If so what are you doing about them as I’ve had 3 in the past week?

@Taitaylor86 @bt_uk If you cancel, the order for the new pole is also cancelled. If you then go for a new provider, the order for the new pole has to start all over again. If it’s waiting on a road closure, this will be the soonest it can be done. (Can need up to 3 months notice).
