Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   I called @bt_uk to cancel a service we're not using. The "guide" put me on hold for ages, then the line went dead, followed by an automated SMS asking what I thought of the service. Not very good is the answer!
