I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.

Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
