    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Arenโ€™t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

    @bt_uk Hello! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so itโ€™s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk Not sure ยฃ150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

    @bt_uk BT are refusing to help me,because they keep extending my phone and Briadband contract without my permission, thatโ€™s twice in a month, Iam to scared to call them just in case they extend it again without my acknowledgment

    iโ€™m trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message wonโ€™t open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?

    @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for โ€œpremium WiFiโ€ and itโ€™s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say itโ€™s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?

    @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? Itโ€™s disproportionate for a simple task.

    @bt_uk disabled discrimination. made complaint. respond to complaint by CALL BACK ONLY what about millions who can't use phone, deaf, stroke, speak issues etc etc etc. disgusting
