@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk I’ve just left BT to join Virgin but cancelling within my cooling off period because they’ve fitted **** that doesn’t work & I can’t actually speak to anyone with any sense to sort it. Once it’s cancelled I’ll be back with BT, missing you already.

@bt_uk @BBCXRay It's more difficult to believe that it was an intentional mistake given the poor treatment to date, being the same company & that I can literally purchase BT sport with a simple click from my Plusnet dashboard 🤔
