@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

@bt_uk Garry the terms of service does not state BT shall have permanent control of the users account. Your own BT mod in the forums confirmed this is a bug. Could you confirm when ths will be resolved.

Seriously losing patience with @bt_uk. I bought the NOWTV sport pass, and want to cancel it. NOWTV says I must do this on the BT website, but BT isn't showing it on my account. So, what next? Am I now just stuck in a contract I don't want until the end of time?

@bt_uk I'm the only one downloading this particular file, and I doubt Google Drive has issues with how many people download from it on a daily basis. I'm the only one downloading in my house. The download goes fine, at a fine speed, until it just randomly fails out of the blue
