    @bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @bt_uk fed up with BT internet, it keeps dropping , I keep ringing by customer services but they are not prepared to send anyone down to have a look , it’s been 6 months , begging them, when it drops it s messing everything up , but BT don’t care ,

    @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

    @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

    @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

    @bt_uk There isn’t. The last engineer didn’t get out the van and said they needed a senior engineer. We are meant to be getting a call from your customer service on Saturday.

    @bt_uk Can we please get an @OpenreachHelp engineer out today to restore our service today? This was supposed to be resolved Wednesday and we are now being told "maybe" tomorrow or into next week. We've an infant in the home; this is bordering on absurd.

    @bt_uk BT talking garbage again as usual. There in no EE signal where I live and hasn't been for years and I don't live up a mountain or in a valley or even on the East Coast. 4 weeks ago the ONS employee couldn't log in to their server standing in my drive. Yes you're right, EE.

    @bt_uk Nope, everyone is acting like it’s not their responsibility- you can’t do anything because it’s an openreach issue and every-time they come out they don’t do anything or break something.

    @bt_uk Ha ha. Yes they have just called only to tell me that BT engineer will perhaps call me on Monday to maybe organise a visit next week to fix the fault. @BT_UK - wow, that's just another four days to MAYBE have it fixed.

    @bt_uk It seems @bt_uk do this every few months though - I don’t get this from my other email accounts I don’t use much - it feels bullying- perhaps to buy a more premium service?
