@bt_uk fed up with BT internet, it keeps dropping , I keep ringing by customer services but they are not prepared to send anyone down to have a look , it’s been 6 months , begging them, when it drops it s messing everything up , but BT don’t care ,

@bt_uk plugged in new hub and disc, all ok then flashing purple, reboots and resets didn’t fix it. Put the old hub back in and still purple! 4g hybrid connect is giving me 7mb download!!!! No engineer until Tuesday, 6 days away. I need this resolved asap as I can’t do my job!

@jlagrue @bt_uk Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down 3 weeks ago and they're still not showing any interest in fixing it. All they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

My 94 year old Grandma with mobility issues has phone line cut early, switching to digital by @bt_uk. None of the equipment delivered blaming @RoyalMail. She's got a personal alarm that can't be used. Home phone can't be used @Ofcom how can vulnerable people be left like this??
