@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk I’m not an idiot. My box last checked for an update 6th March which is today but equally why am I checking this if the box Does it automatically. The issue here is that all the MotoGP programmes today have started at least 5 mins before the recording. Crap service

@bt_uk After a week of attempting to "renew" a long standing service contact (7 days, 8+ hours on the phone and 3 attempts) you tell me it's all sorted. Yesterdays email "We've disconnected all your services". I now have to renew my account again and accept 3+ days of no service!
