I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time
