The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. pst (@sliverlodeone) reported@bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
