I pay for @btsportfootball @btsport and @SkySportsNews so why should I have to pay £14.95 to watch a game? Time to cancel my subscription I think. #btsport #skysports

  • SarahJGrace1 Gracie (@SarahJGrace1) reported from Godalming, England

@bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

  • young_tom88 TomYoung (@young_tom88) reported from Guildford, England

  • SarahJGrace1 Gracie (@SarahJGrace1) reported from Godalming, England

@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

  • zubi89 Zubair (@zubi89) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

  • OllyShah Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England

@BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

  • OllyShah Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

  • EddieEdwards16 Daniel Edwards (@EddieEdwards16) reported from Bracknell, England

  • IanArnell Ian Arnell (@IanArnell) reported from Camberley, England

@bt_uk As a new customer I have been the model of patience that is now growing thin. I did the honourable thing over 5 hours ago and sent you a DM. I am still waiting for an answer. Please no, I know you are busy. @Ofcom

  • MrChris62 Chris (@MrChris62) reported from Guildford, England

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

So a very rude, arrogant man from @bt_uk just called regarding my decision to switch my internet provider. If he was supposed to convince me to stay then he made a piss-poor job of it!

  • karenyates123 Karen Yates (@karenyates123) reported

Did anyone else not hear the alarm yesterday? I'm on @EE (owned by @bt_uk) and heard nothing. Not that it would actually help in an emergency...

  • SalaciousSkunk Salacious Skunk (@SalaciousSkunk) reported

Please avoid #vodafone & #btopenreach they are bollocks. They offer cheaper prices to entice new customers, but treat you like **** after you’ve signed up. Waited in all day to be connected, engineer was a no show, customer service is **** & isn’t understandable. @bt_uk @vodafone

  • sheep12 Sean Anderson (@sheep12) reported

@bt_uk have you removed the online complaint form or is it all by phone now?

  • JimFromWoodburn James McIntyre - 🇪🇺 Stand With Ukraine 🇺🇦 (@JimFromWoodburn) reported

@btsport I rang this morning to cancel my SUBSCRIPTION. After waiting 13 minutes I got through to a nice guy, very pleasant & professional. When I confirmed my cancellation he informed me that I would be charged 60p for my one day early 30 days notice! WTF? Cost of Living Crisis?

  • sofalegs Kurst (@sofalegs) reported

@bt_uk Oh yeah that's the number I called. Offered me 39.99 for same speed where as new customer deals are under £30. Thanks anyway

  • SteFitzyy Steven (@SteFitzyy) reported

Disappointed with @bt_uk and their lack of “loyalty” as an existing customer wishing to upgrade my package. Advertised package is £29.99, as an existing customer willing to pay to terminate existing deal the “best they can do” is £43pm.

  • diane_pogson Diane Pogson (@diane_pogson) reported

@bt_uk you connect for good really numerous phone calls 4 engineers 1of which couldn’t be bothered to show, and 2weeks later I still have no internet,my contract states you promise a continuous service do I think your in breach of contract now

  • _EK_online Elaine K 💛 (@_EK_online) reported

@bt_uk Unimpressed with our 1st need to use "unbreakable wifi". EE hub took several mins to kick in, then when we switched TV on it said signal wasn't strong enough for TV. Resetting hub restored b/band but we don't want this hassle in (eg) the middle of a footy match. Any ideas?
