@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

@bt_uk Ironically my internets so slow it won't perform the search on the web page. fibre to the cabinet but it is too far from the houses.have investigated the options available. BT wanted over £11000 to sort it out using a gov subsidy. Still doesn't answer my question on unfair costs

@bt_uk But we don't receive the same level of service as anyone and it's not a case of changing provider it's a case of poor infrastructure. My original comment is people will get cheaper internet on UC. however there surely should be a reduction in cost when it is so poor
