Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk haven’t had wifi for 12 days. Spoken to 22 different agents, 1 wrong engineer booked after 15 phone calls, hung up on 4 times, 2 correct engineers visits booked who never showed, and a daily text telling me my problem has been resolved. Where do I go from here?

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk I believe you have a short period where you can cancel and switch without penalty when they increase prices. Worth checking out. I done it last year with virgin but then they gave me a better deal to stay
