Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk Certainly didn’t help me when you refused to help me out struggling to pay for my broadband, then took over £300 of me for cancelling contract. Not a good way to treat pensioners during this financial crisis.
