@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk - Your email app is garbage. The amount of times you go back to look at an email and all it says is ‘no content’ is a joke. When it does this against a previously saved draft to continue editing it just crashes. Well done 👏🏻

Thanks @bt_uk because the link didn’t work to receive £110 gift card when I signed up for full fibre/phone at £54.99 a month - I DIDNT get my reward!! I submitted a complaint & they said ‘NO’ -Thanks a bunch! That reward would have benefitted me & my 2yo daughter we live alone!!
