    @BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

    Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

    100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isnโ€™t their view. Youโ€™re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Donโ€™t be cowards.

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, canโ€™t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!

    @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Iโ€™m physically disabled and itโ€™s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโ€™d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.
