Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk My devices in my house are hardwired. As in they don't use wi-fi. Add to that, that I barely have reception in my house to the BT mobile network. And it's not going to connect to my access points. So it's not an ideal solution

@bt_uk I'm a new customer with broadband and TV service. Still no service after joining on the 29th November - 3 no shows from Open reach to rectify the issue, wondering if they bother to turn up at my property next week? 🙄👎
