@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

@MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!

@bt_uk Ok, here’s a question. My landline and broadband went down Thursday at Midday. I have been told the earliest I’ll be back online is April 7th but more likely April 9th. Apparently this is acceptable for BT. Oh and I was offline for all of January as well.

@bt_uk 100m across the road an up graded service is provided and excuse me for being cynical, an Open Reach engineer lives in that road! To change to another system would incur a £600 fee to BT!

@BTCare How does a person turn off text to home phone service? (Got a mobile phone for those) Your website suggests calling 08005875252 .. that only offers curfew options.. then proffers 0800077771 ..which number is “no longer in use” — HELP! Why this chaos?
