    @bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

    @MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

    @bt_uk I have an issue? I spoke with one of you CS last night and ive woke up today with an extra connection with 5GHZ it logged every single device in the house today and now i can use my sky box

    @bt_uk The reason given is that as a residential customer we are not a priority (!) and there is a lack of engineers. Apart from that no information forthcoming about the problem. We are Sheffield and had a perfectly good connection with another provider so regretting the move.

    @bt_uk I learnt that by looking at the box you provide and a CS mentioning it too someone else? My tv upstairs obviously is no where near my hub? But this has never been an option mentioned too me to try and see if it would help? But ive got to a point of being fed up now!

    @btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness despite promises and nearly 3 weeks of waiting for my business broadband to be activated I am told today we are back to square one. Still no broadband and embarrassingly appalling customer service means now the launch of my business is in jeopardy.

    @bt_uk The action was taken? But it was not explained how there would be 2 connections? The person just said they would make a change to the signal. It was also not explained that devices would be logged out? And the remote only stopped working the other day but in the mean time i now
