@bt_uk Except for Mother in Law. 90 with dementia emergency careline reliant. Phone vital to contact family. Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

@bt_uk The issue is that you charge customers for a service. A service which allows scammers access to your system. I would have been happy to give up the line for a token gesture. You try blocking 80 calls an hour!

To check a broadband issue on @bt_uk you have to go online. If you then report that your broadband is down they send you online resources, including a YouTube video. Not sure how this works for people with limited access to data

@RossiterTHFC @btsport I spoke to @btsport this morning the first time round they didn’t help at all then 2 more payments came out and then decide to help and was told that it was happening to other people. Was told should have money back in next 5 working days
