It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

@bt_uk Rang BT told 2 masts in area - working on one and the other too far away - nothing they could do. Problem started Monday 16 September - mobile data registering as used but not able to send emails or do anything else. In other words hard luck nothing can be done Postcode BH13 7PL

@bt_uk mobile data is not working called BT and was told they do not guarantee mobile data will work in the home - really? So many people are working from home now or not working at all it is outrageous that BT is charging for a service they are not providing I NEED IT FOR WORK.

@bt_uk BT already did that during my call and said work on masts the problem - I am not paying EE for my mobile data I am paying you and expect BT to resolve the problem.
