@BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

Been a BT customer for 12 years and feel very unhappy with it's complicated billing system. BT are causing me considerable distress, @bt_uk 🤢🤢. Feels like this is a huge British Telecommunications company that simply do not care about it's customers.

@bt_uk Booked to upgrade to fiber optic to house on 28th to be emailed to postpone it to 3rd May! Can't fix existing connection & can't even make the new connection as promised! Can you not bring the fiber connection forward if existing one can't be fixed?

@bt_uk Well its wrong tbh says I have it already when I cant have as im only getting 22mbps Down and 4.5mbps up also on the bt site says max speed I can get is up to 36mbps so something is wrong
