@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

@bt_uk Yes… I turned on the box this morning a d I got the message that it needed an update.. so I okayed it.. but it didn’t shut down after the update even though it was 100% updated.. I ended up switching it off and on, don’t know if the update completed or not.
