    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk thanks to you're open reach guys my download speeds are screwed I'm now only getting 6mbps instead of the 50 or 60 I should be getting oh and all our device's excluding our phones are on a wired network so yeah

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk @BTCare recently my broadband bill went up to £75 a month. I’ve never used the landline, but since it was changed to digital and I could get a free handset, I thought I’d get one. Turns out it’s pay as you go. For £75 a month I don’t even get any inclusive minutes? Crazy!

    @bt_uk Oh I know all that after having a debate with an agent. As a company your billing is antequated. You should never take money in advance of services you know will not be used. The cancellation was submitted BEFORE the billing date. Not even sky di that. The amend in the spot

    @bt_uk And further to that. I was going to upgrade to 900mb full fibre. But you only offered it on my bt with halo 3. Which I don't want and now the offer has disappeared from my deals entirely. After a decade of being ur customer I think it may be time to go to virgin

    @bt_uk OK but these scammers have no idea about customer service so unable to cope with dithering old ladies ,ie me! Their tone changes then the muttering sometimes to a colleague, starts. They always tell me how BT is in charge of all the internet providers so I need to talk to them.
