    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @giantdaz @powndland @karlhenry08 @btsport @SkyNews @SkyFootball @premierleague This could get complicated but im sure illegal occupation of lands is where this whole issue started. Imperialism. Slavery etc.Very much their agenda. Incidentally I am not speaking for BLM.

    @bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk my 84 year old, frail, post stroke, mum in law has no phone connection for the 3rd time in 12 months. Every time I have to contact you and go through a long winded process where you fix it, then last time you mistakenly charged £107 to fix it, and I had to chase refund 1/2

    @bt_uk Same Problem with Banks and others They all want details regardless of security compromised . May be @WhichUK who have given you the top company need to look at as we are member. Why my account is compromised, phone put down, framed , lines in use by others......

    @btbusinesscare It is residential account . Only opened last April with disclosure that my lines are hacked have problem going for years. I aslo said that I will scream if BT lines are not secure which you advertise.... If you can trace me as only a few write to CEO ....

    I've just spent the most frustrating two hours of my life with @bt_uk trying to sort out a simple billing issue. I am no closer to a solution. I'm just going to cancel the whole deal and go to someone else. Huge corporations suck at customer service.

    Called @virginmedia this morning as we also got the blank screen after ordering the #FuryWhyte event, customer services are denying that anything was wrong with the PPV stream or that they had any reports of it being a problem. Seems they've opted for absolute denial! @btsport

    @bt_uk What's the craic with this unbreakable connection ? Haven't had any Internet all day it hasn't connect to EE once. Think we might hafto cancel if it doesn't do what it says.
