@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

@bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

That was one of the worst heavyweight championship fights I've ever watched in my life... we all got robbed £25 for PPV by @btsport in the UK... was like a pub brawl... rubbish. Only the knockout was good but even then it was still a bit underwhelming... feel scammed. #FuryWhyte
