    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk HELLO AGAIN JUST AN UPDATE WITH MY MOTHERS ON-GOING PHONE ISSUE (& YES I AM SHOUTING) her phone was due to be connected in OCTOBER 2019-various errors by YOU means even after an engineer visit yesterday we are no further forward. MY MUM IS 77 & NEEDS HER HOME PHONE #POOR

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

    @BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

    Hey @bt_uk I thought Halo 3 with Hybrid Connect was supposed to pop me over to using @EE when the broadband went down? Well it doesn’t. Shows signal. Shows connected to the hub. But no broadband and no Wi-Fi. Thanks for upgrading me to a product that fails to work. Halo not.

    @bt_uk I've checked my line and Router settings and I am recieving the alotted 35/8. However when I bought the packaged the line was doing 50/15. The issue is my 8 upload is not stable when streaming to a certain server/application which i need. My line seems to be unstable recently.

    @bt_uk Never seen this for such a prolonged period from any other broadcaster EVER. Whatever the excuse and whoever is to blame this is complete lack of due diligence and ineptitude.
