@bt_uk how terrible is they I rang BT to multi room BT off, and without telling me, a BT customer service advisor, extended my contract, that is so bad, I only found out today when I rang for another reason, I thought BT to honest m, people watch out for Advisors Bad

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @FQuine @bt_uk So I'll help clarify this. The engineer was an idiot and the call centre guy was on a fools errand. You cannot request an upgrade to digital voice. it's only offered to new builds except in limited circumstances.

@bt_uk I've tried everything several times and still not working. The service status says its fine in my area, unless it hasn't been updated? I've tested various cables and its exactly the same. I suspect the hub is faulty and needs replacing.
