Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk been on the phone for an hour trying to work out why BT can cancel my contract when I move house to sign me up for another 24 month contract, if I pay the same or more for slower speeds. Absolutely disgusted that I will be paying £51.19 for £27 fibre speeds.

@BBCWatchdog hi, @bt_uk have proper messed our broadband connection up, disconnected us without our knowledge & now we are struggling to get our services back up & running. For a communications co. they’ve been awful. People rely on internet like electricity & water.

I took it to the top as the person who originally took the complaint didn’t think it would get resolved to my satisfaction as another customer had the same issue and couldn’t get it sorted. I realise we will need to do the alarm upgrade in the next year or so to accomodate.
