@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@KarkinosSolar @bt_uk Sounds more like a wiring issue, have they checked the box outside the house? I was getting disconnects and **** speeds. He re routed some wires and it’s stable and now 11mb from 2mb previously

@bt_uk our broadband and WiFi worked for 18 months, now WiFi speeds drop intermittently, even though nothing is changed they blame me and try to sell me additional product. Took 1 and it made it worse. Not fixing the issue just trying to hit targets. #poorcustomerservice
