Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?
