@bt_uk I was told at sign up my wife would be sufficient with out upgrade. I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.

Why are @bt_uk So bad, there lines are constantly up and down in Scotland, really wish there was a decent ISP in this area 💙
