Sukh Thind (@SUKHTHIND) reported from Hounslow, England@bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor
