    @bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

    Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

    @bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

    @bt_uk unscrupulous company. Got me in a catch 22. Several fines and a deposit to avoid a bad credit score due to errors on their part. Now fined again as they claim I have not returned kit. Does not take a genius to work here but how about some common sense?

    Hey @bt_uk I'm trying to work out if I can have my BT tv in more than one room at a time, but I don't seem to get the option to add "extra room" despite having a fast enough internet. Any help?

    @JaneElRoberts @misskirsten187 @bt_uk In terms of the charge a communication provider offers a customer just to have a VoIP service depends on what packages they offer. Today BT consumer have a essential range and packages for those on low income so maybe there will be a Digital Voice only package with no data.

    @bt_uk so internet has gone down, not the end of the world, I'll fire up the 4g mini hub that "guarantees" me internet, that also doesnt want to work and your offices closed at 9pm so cant even speak to someone to fix it. Why am I paying extra for this exactly?!
