If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it.   @Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk
