Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

BT has got to be the worst service on the planet, moved house in October,still have no services,and been threatened with debt collectors for unpaid Bills of over 2 grand!😡also got to drive 6 miles to pay our staff, as we have no internet!! Lost business too @bt_uk @BTBusiness

We’ve now had 7 failed attempts from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach to install our home broadband and are both exasperated beyond belief. We still don’t have a resolution and can’t work properly until we do. This is beyond a joke now. Please RT.
