@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk complete wifi equip arrived, need 3 disks as enjineer advised after 3 trips to fix line.When ordering adv only 1 disk to be sent but more available. As order open until 2 June can’t send more disks. no WiFi . Raised complaint adv text would be sent to me . Nothing !!!!

@bt_uk I was told to wait for the cooling off period and I will receive an email. I didn’t think BT would scam people. It went from -we never had this offer -this offer is not available from 3rd party -it’s gone over 3 months (after I’ve provided proof you do this offer).

@bt_uk I keep getting reminders to return equipment or get charged. I returned it a few weeks ago now and have checked the tracking number and it says delivered. I don’t want to be charged for equipment I have returned! Help please!
