.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Just a quick update. 4 days on the new hub 6 and not a problem at all. One reload on day 1 at 0130 for a firmware update but not a peep since. My work video conferences are the smoothest they have been in months! Thanks for a great service 👍
