@bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk This issue is, I’ve upgraded to Halo 3, or whatever name you’re calling this package, on Monday because I was told this would guarantee stable internet connection. This guarantee is a lie! I was also told I would receive 2 discs on Tuesday, it’s Wednesday now with no discs

@btbusinesscare still no cheque arrived as promised . My father called and was told account is in credit !!!! The account was closed in July !!! Absolute disgrace of a company and no one knows what they are doing . How can you treat pensioners like this and hold on their money

@bt_uk What a waste of time - this number, once answered had the same menu as the general number. I have been transferred 4 times spent one hour six minutes on the phone and was cut off. No-one seems to know how to sort this problem and I’m at my wits end. Very stressful!
