pst (@sliverlodeone) reported@bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. A thread 1/2
