I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Funny, because during my complaints about it being postponed, it was postponed again. It isn’t getting fixed any time soon. The date and time will just get pushed back every single day. We’ll still be experiencing issues in 2021. It will take that long and I know it.

First impressions of the @BTCare Whole home mesh network? Good. Biggest let down is not being able split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels. That's such a simple thing considering the amount of smart equipment that exclusively uses 2.4ghz.
