    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    So the @bt_uk BT WiFi plot thickens. Reset the password, can login to the app but now can't login directly via captive portal in the browser. What auth are they running over there!?

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @giantdaz @powndland @karlhenry08 @btsport @SkyNews @SkyFootball @premierleague This could get complicated but im sure illegal occupation of lands is where this whole issue started. Imperialism. Slavery etc.Very much their agenda. Incidentally I am not speaking for BLM.

    @bt_uk Well that was useless. It took me 10 mins to get to a point where I could type the issue & then I got told there was a technical issue and I was put back to the beginning!

    @bt_uk Yes apparently it's an Openreach issue. On my Openreach box the LOS is red and the phone light on my Sky Router is Amber.

    @bt_uk I qualify for the social BB product for those on UC. However, when I look online it doesn't seem to give me the same speed that I am now with +net and we previously had on my dad's old BT account (this still appears active) help?

    @EE @England @btsport Shame EE is not raising the profile on their service on mobile phones. Rang to complain no service and only got recorded voice saying they would check. Text back saying service ok??? Next day text saying they had problems. Going to change to company that talks.
