@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@bt_uk Thanks Nicola - but I didn’t need the standard info. The problem is that your mini hubs don’t work with BBC iPlayer (as per my original tweet), if you try and stream it then it causes the mini hub to crash. Is there a fix for this? Clearly it’s a known issue.

@btsport A couple of weeks ago they try to charge me £156 cancellation fee for cancelling sports. I get told there will be no further payments and that my services wouldn’t be in use from 9th July, THEY cancel my direct debit.

@bt_uk I used to be able to report mobile faults through the ee network status page but it now says I need a valid ee number. Is this intended? How can I report faults now? I don't see a similar page for bt. There are regularly issues in my area and now no way to report them.
