Dustfuch (@Dustfuch1) reported@bt_uk please tell your call handlers to stop the hard sell once youve asked to leave. 4 times i had to tell them to stop trying to sell me things, and they still kept me on hold and transferred me to a "manager" to let me cancel. Frustrating isnt strong enough
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
R B (@RLBD1920) reported@bt_uk I commute earlier and later than that. If the website just worked then I wouldn’t have this issue

Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency
-
Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
