@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

@bt_uk Hi Karen, thank you. I sent off for a new phone (free) from BT. I'm just annoyed that my old dial phone no longer works and if broadband goes down I'm stuck with no connection. Also very concerned that this is simply a way of forcing broadband on elderly who have no need for it
