    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Which as we know is a double edged sword. Personally I think block and report do enough for most people. I think word filters are actively harmful. Content filters absolutely should be around, the issue is social media doesn't have the manpower to do that reliably.

    @TyTalksTechblog @JasonClauson @bt_uk So whilst i definitely do not advocate for unmonitored access for your children (seriously, at least sort out monitoring so you know exactly what they are doing) the issue lies within culture, not the individual Monitoring is a bandaid, lets fix the wound and cut the toxicity

    @bt_uk BT charged my elderly sick mother a hugely over the top tariff for years which I managed to halve with just one phone call. Thats how much BT or any of these corporations care about social issues. This is all fake.
