    @btsport why do they show VAR in slow motion. The game isn't played that way. Then it always looks worse.

    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    As a @bt_uk customer, you'd think it was straight forward to go from Fibre 1 to Full Fibre 100 but no. You can't upgrade to that package on the app or website, but I can upgrade to more expensive ones. Its infuriating.

    @bt_uk first time using BT mobile in USA. Data roaming on, in Wi-Fi why can I not do anything essential online because OTPs not coming through but receiving other texts.Never had issues with other providers. Really poor and massively limiting

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk internet has been gone for 2 days now no one has came to do **** after they did some work near by my phone plan cant last this long and isnt great at all unlike the plan i had in florida and the provider i had there spectrum isnt as **** and actually works

    @bt_uk getting really ****** off with the service from you guys!! Had 3 tv boxes of you!! All lasted a few months before suddenly faulty! Another way of trying to get me on a more expensive package! Thinking of going to @skytv

    @bt_uk The back office at BT are now looking into my issue that has been ongoing for months. It's a shame that I have had to take to calling BT out on social media for them to take any meaningful action. They assure me I will be updated next week. The fact still remains I am -£300.
