I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Complaint BT Broadband - Update. Ordered 4th Nov, Due 18th Dec - looks like 2nd Mar - 4th date given for installation - will also slip as exterior work due today DID NOT HAPPEN. Are @bt_uk about to let me down a 4th time.

So disappointed with @btsport , rang up in January to try and get a better deal due to current financial pressures. In the end they could not do anything despite initially offering £6 off. So I cancelled. Have had no contact since despite being a customer for 10 years .
