@bt_uk Bt superfast broadband: less than 10 meg down, 0.5 up I get when it decides to work. Which it didn't for most of last night, so bad I can't watch youtube on the pc and be on the mobile at the same time, and the likes of Netflix, forget about it!

@bt_uk £416 cancellation fee???? Absolutely awful ‘service’ and then charged for the month after I’m not even using it. No way out, they hook line and draw you in creating new contracts for a small amendment to your contract and draw out a new 2 year contract Will never use BT.
