    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk It's on the TV, I've got a BT home hub and after speaking to netflix and them trying to sort the problem and it still not working they told me to contact my internet provider, which is why I've tweeted you guys.

    @BT_UK nice of you to lock your customer out of their system delete their ID, remove their account so they can't see their billing and more, is this standard business practice over there? You phoned and said 5ghz was done, no I did that on the router, restore this mans access

    @bt_uk Don't worry, the girl I spoke to was helpful and sorted it but wasn't impressed with the service beyond the girl I spoke to. She lodged a complaint for us already
