    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk I moved house a week ago and my broadband still isn’t up and running. 4 phone calls to the helpdesk (4:30 hrs in total waiting time) and a no show from an engineer. Please HELP.

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @jtwbailey @bt_uk Spoke to someone a few days ago and he was so obnoxious and rude definitely in the wrong job. Most have bent over backwards to at least try and help. Make sure you write everything down and ask for a copy of the call my issue is why are we paying for something that doesn't work

    @bt_uk And... where it says to add the service online you get taken to a nice PDF which says nothing about adding it online. Says to dial 1572... "The service cannot be connected". You have to assume BT is not interested in solving this problem. As soon as I can ditch the landline...

    @bt_uk Took a contract in Nov, order messed up at the time. Had hours on phone. Router performance is poor, found out I am still on the wrong plan,more hours on the phone. Said it was sorted yesterday and now accidentally cancelled my bt sport, calamitous.Still not sorted 4 months later

    @bt_uk Thank you Martin - that seems to work. But please suggest to those in charge that they review the materials... the fact that you had to give me a link directly which doesn't seem to be advertised from anywhere else... Let's hope the service works!
