I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

@bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk Having a nightmare with service from BT. No landline or broadband for nearly 5 wks. Case keeps being closed, despite acknowledgment of a fault. Ringing call centre 3/4 a wk. Engineers have missed 5 appts now. Poor communication. Not sure how to get this resolved now.

@bt_uk have locked me out of my email account twice in the the last month and seem incapable of resolving a simple problem. Currently it's 5 days - customer service do not have a clue and seeem unable to talk to their own technical team. Customers deserve better @bt_uk HELP!!!!

@bt_uk have left my 85 year old mother without phone for 2 days after botched attempt to connect her to broadband. Dangerous as her careline emergency call needs it to work. 1st customer “care” person lied to us, 2nd one better but still no phone. #btuseless
