    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    What’s happening with my complaint IMP-106347447? @btbusinesscare . How do I seriously get anything done? I was given Ayn as my complaints manager but even he doesn’t respond to my calls. Pls ring me, I don’t know what is going on and need it explaining via a phone call.

    @bt_uk I get that but the point is I reported the fault 29th November and was expecting to cancel my contract on the 29th December if nothing was fixed but because of an error by an advisor I now have to wait til the 16th jan which to be honest isn’t very good
