@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk 1 hour 15 mins later & I finally got through...to then find out that the order I placed last week had been cancelled (no one had notified me and I didn't get an e-mail either). Moving into my new house this weekend and no closer to any internet service. Great start BT!

Do not sign up with @bt_uk , the most shocking service Ive ever experienced. Promised engineers are coming to fit my internet to have them just not turn up not once, not twice, but four times. Im disgusted.

@bt_uk Hi, thanks for getting back in touch. They are with @SkyUK however the only contact to them is by phone and we were charged £30+ for a 14 min phone call last Friday and still waiting for a solution. Scandalous!

@bt_uk Hi Lisa, I won't know until March time as we're not moving in properly until then. But we just noticed this today. In your opinion is this a pretty poor condition (old) wire that does need an update? Regards Matt
