@jkdarchy @bt_uk Yes broadband only means you move to just having broadband and no voice service at all. You won't even get digital voice with broadband only.

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thanks but I never ordered or agreed such a change hence it so shocking

  • MartinJKeatings Martin J Keatings (@MartinJKeatings) reported

Just got a letter from @bt_uk telling me that prices to go up 9.3%, which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't the fact that we're already paying more for everyone else to get upgraded first (living in a village). Now obviously I know that more rural areas are worse off, and...

  • frogboyflips Andrew Murray (@frogboyflips) reported

@bt_uk Thanks - The fault tracker has shown the fault as being in the 'Fault Fixed' state since the 12th - I fear this is what's causing BT to automatically cancel appointments (to avoid wasting engineers time).

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@jkdarchy @bt_uk Ok so they've now enabled a phone service on the account? Just that rather than using the traditional PSTN network like you had a while back it's now a phone service delivered over the internet? In that case back to my original statement about plugging into back of smart hub 2

  • Dety0 Dety (@Dety0) reported

@bt_uk i know one of your customers live in a no man land, with 50Mbit download and 20Mbit upload ((BT smart hub 2)) , i wondered if he dm'ed you or called customer support, would it be possible to locate the nearest fiber node?, he could be lucky its near the road or something?
