Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk No thanks, just comparing options at the moment. Seems no matter what you do if you sign up for a new service in march you're never going to pay the price shown at that point because the CPI increase always applies but isn't shown now, even though it's a known value.

BT @bt_uk sent a letter stating they would be putting up their charges by around £5 a month! Even more money for a poorer and poorer service. The internet cuts off altogether at least twice a day now, albeit only for 5-10 mins. Far slower than it used to be too. Not good enough!
