  • nadeemshassam Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England

Virgin Media putting up prices. Under the guise of network upgrades! “like it or leave it” they say. Fair enough, “leave” it is. @SkyUK @bt_uk I’m coming to one of you! #leavevirginmedia #virginmedia

  • KushlasBySanaer ☘Adrian 🇪🇺 Madden ☘ (@KushlasBySanaer) reported from Brentford, England

I've just been texting @bt_uk customer services and it turned out to be quite a straight-forward uncomplicated transaction. May need to sit down out of shock.

  • kateMorris102 Kate Morris (@kateMorris102) reported from London, England

@bt_uk Dear BT the service is certainly not a download speed of 8.94. This is an ongoing problem. Pls can you let me know what your tests showed?

  • Flaminhaystack Antonia (@Flaminhaystack) reported from London, England

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

  • mazzles78 Maria Ganner (@mazzles78) reported from West Molesey, England

@bt_uk @chrisdotlatchem Wow!! What awful customer service and the tone of the responses too!! I most definitely would not be recommending anyone take BT 😮😮

  • Barry2103 Barry French (@Barry2103) reported from Richmond, England

There is a scam going on. A machine is calling the @bt_uk line claiming you have ordered an iPad on @AmazonUK and want your bank details so as they can issue a refund. If BT would like to give me details where I can report this...

  • OrignalBabydoll Kafayat Toks MamaBear🐻 Timson🇳🇬🇸🇱🇬🇧 (@OrignalBabydoll) reported from Croydon, England

@bt_uk I’ve tweeted what I tweeted and will be moving on. Your service goes on and off all the time this time it’s completely out. I am talking about why my internet access is important at the moment. And you’re telling me about how engineers are working when it’s literally their job

  • PeterLingua Peter Hughes (@PeterLingua) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk keep being phoned by people who claim they work at BT and are calling me because I have problems with my internet which I don’t and haven’t reported to you. Just checking this definitely isn’t you and not a scam? Was called from 02085584464

  • theatregirl5264 theatregirl (@theatregirl5264) reported from Barnet, England

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

  • OrignalBabydoll Kafayat Toks MamaBear🐻 Timson🇳🇬🇸🇱🇬🇧 (@OrignalBabydoll) reported from Croydon, England

@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

  • ADMunro Alex Munro (@ADMunro) reported from Esher, England

Could the commentators on @btsportfootball @btsport please stop sniffing directly into the microphone. It is awful #EmiratesFACup

  • BillGlover Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

  • OrignalBabydoll Kafayat Toks MamaBear🐻 Timson🇳🇬🇸🇱🇬🇧 (@OrignalBabydoll) reported from Croydon, England

@bt_uk You are very condescending right now. My household can’t do our jobs because of your crap service. And it’s fibre optic broadband. Drs & supermarket staff are working through the pandemic too. We can’t today & tomorrow because of a full outage. Don’t be ignorant with your replies

  • OhAthairne Sam Ó hAtháirne (@OhAthairne) reported from Islington, England

Listening to Glenn hoddle mispronounce names on @btsport is like scraping your finger nails down a blackboard. #cringe

  • SamVerissimo Sam Luis Verissimo (@SamVerissimo) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk is there a outage in se5 internet and landline not working?

  • Team_M_T Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

  • cloudyoshimoto CloudYoshimoto (@cloudyoshimoto) reported

@zImABeastFam @virginmedia @bt_uk Been to the forums, its pointless. BT fibre looks amazing btw, stats are crazy. Even ADSL might be better for latency and reliability compared to virgin. Support cant help when its their network routes/backbone.
