    For gods sake @bt_uk not only has my extortionate bt broadband been down for most of the day but I’ve now been on hold for almost 40 minutes for the 3rd call I’ve made today. Shite.

    @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @bt_uk very disappointing service from BT. Over 2 months into our new home, which previously there was no issues with the line, but still no working broadband. Countless engineers and countless phone calls to be told it will be fixed...... still nothing. #annoyed

    @virginmedia I have never encountered such a poor service like Virgin Media WiFi Boosters have failed, there engineers have tried and fail. I’ve waited in excess of 1 hour to get help on the telephone only to be cut off - disgusting service overall. @bt_uk sorry I left you

    Well, yet again @BTGroup @btbusinesscare have messed my connection up, and nobody knows what has happened or why its happened. new contract signed on the 25th Jan, internet went down very shortly after, i have never known a company to be so incompetent. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

    @bt_uk Having huge issues trying to get in contact with you to activate a new hub for my vulnerable grandad who suffers from dementia and needs wifi urgently for webcams to be installed so he can't walk out of the house in the middle of the night. You partially cancelled (1/2)
