@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@Forces_TV rapidly becoming one of the best channels on TV but alas it's no longer showing on the BT box because of weak signal in the Sunderland area so cannot watch, or record anything for catch-up later. Is this a transmitter issue? @bt_uk Still getting it via Freeview on TV
