@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

@bt_uk According to the automated phone call just recieved, my BT internet will be disconnected shortly due to people accessing my account without permission. Hung straight up. This is me reporting the problem to you. Thanks.

@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

@bt_uk Terrible service from BT. My elderly auntie with dementia had her line cut off. My mum spent hours trying to get it sorted being passed from pillar to post saying the account had been closed and that only a new one could be opened. This was done and now this line is dead too.

Internet went down Thursday 5/05. BT “investigated”the issue. Said an Internet cable broke in my area and to this day is still not fixed nor looking like it will get fixed. I keep getting pushed back every single day when asking for replies. So unhappy. #btbroadband @bt_uk

@bt_uk To be honest after spending hours on hold to be told "computer says no" when trying to cut my tariff down I have decided I'm going to pay my contact off and go with now TV and broadband. The cost of all above will still work out cheaper than the 64 quid I'm paying monthly.

It blows my mind that the absolutely abysmal @bt_uk has one single customer left. They are just terrible. 8 different people in as many call centres and not one has a clue.
