@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

@bt_uk I'm not gonna lie, the app you sent me to didn't make it clear there was more to the message.... I'm at home with two small children, I don't really have the capacity to run around turning all devices off, we haven't changed anything but our connection is now slow and keeps....

@bt_uk saved quite a bit of money switching to BT TV. Got a deal that saved about £10 on the broadband itself but speed doubled. Now on 307Mbps from 35 a few weeks ago. 35-49-150-307. Not bad at all.

@bt_uk Remember rural areas have no mobile signal, therefore no way to raise the alarm in an emergency! Having a working telephone line is essential and without it, it puts people at risk.

So @bt_uk says I have to sign up to a 24 month contract for wireless broadband provided by @EE which has no signal to prove there is no signal when it’s completely bonkers as @Ofcom identifies it already as a site which doesn’t support voice calls! The definition of #insanity
