@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

6 days and still no internet. Bill paid on Sunday. Got covid so Me & mrs are WFH and the 3 kids can’t even get Netflix on. Rang numerous times and just fobbed off. @bt_uk are the worst internet providers in the UK. Get Virgin. It’s cheaper, faster and they have customer service🖕🏼

@bt_uk why does your online chat ask for a landline number when I’m just a broadband only customer? You don’t call back and our internet has been dropping for over a week. Engineer said no fault but the day before “our internet dropped 52 times”.
