    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

    @bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    Dammit @bt_uk were looking into a @btsport problem for me. My account looks like it's all working, but it's not.. Payment issue. However, I can't actually pay them, because my account says I owe nothing. Kick off is at 18:00 :(

    @bt_uk hello just rented Wonder Women 1984 and there’s no sound, it’s working for everything else but when we go onto the BT store itself and start it from the beginning it’s still no sound. Can you help me please

    @btsport Do you have a help account? I signed up for BT sport for my Sky Q, 2 weeks ago. However it is only working on my main box and not my mini sky boxes. Can you please advise? The only mention of add ons was for HD (which I’ve signed up for, but get the first 3 months free)

    @bt_uk are there any known issues with broadband connection at the moment? My connection has dropped from a regular 40+mbps to 4mbps... Can't even stream a YouTube video properly

    @bt_uk I spoke to an agent yesterday, and they advised me that they would be calling me back today to assist me with FTTP access/broadband issues. However, I’ve not heard anything & I can’t get through on the helpline.

    When is @bt_uk going to protect their engineers who are entering different premises without proper protection. They all need the vaccine as they go home to their families worried they are infectious. It was months before masks were given. Shame on you @bt_uk. Help @BorisJohnson.

    @bt_uk Hi Ash, I have tried several ways to Complain re our wifi and Halo failure. BT just keep closing my Complaint as "Resolved" when it has not been - Spoken to several BT persons - all to no avail and still terrible wifi - can you help
