So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@bt_uk I’m absolutely not happy with them, I have wait 2 weeks for my activation for broadband, after that they didn’t activated the wifi, calling them is just impossible, waiting almost one hour, I still waiting for my wifi, long story short I will cancel my contract!!
