I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
