Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
