    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk hi we’ve been given a new EE/ BT Router the new service wasn’t due to go live until midnight tonight but our current router has stopped working

    Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

    @bt_uk My service started yesterday, it has taken nearly a year for bt and open reach to connect the new build property to the network so I can still cancel the contract if I wanted. I pulugged the hybrid box into it and re checked speed later on and it was still the same

    @bt_uk Well it would help if I actually had the internet connection that I've paid for. I accept that faults happen, especially in the aftermath of a storm but some explanation of why my internet has been down for 12+ hours would be nice.

    @bt_uk @EE Since yesterday my bt fibre back up hybrid has been flashing red with no signal and both our mobile have had no service. Yet the EE website suggested no signal issues? Please advise. 🥺

    @bt_uk Hi BT, I ran your Diagnostics Bot and it said that there is a Network problem and expected to be resolved by yesterday 18:57, but still without broadband and the BT service status still has an undefined repair date. Do you have more information on your end (01424, TN37)?
