@bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk @btopenreach no internet past 9 days and all the phone calls and time spend behind trying to get an engineer to sort out internet is in veins. 3rd day in row engineer is booked but no sign of internet or engineer. Worst experience!!!

@bt_uk thanks - it finally got locked due to suspicious activity, but it _really_ wasn't helped by your password tools being broken and by there being no publicised way to ask for an account to be locked.
