@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

@btsport once again the audio on your app is out of sync. Tried to reload many times with no luck. This happens way to often. At this point something needs sorting or let me cancel.

@btsport Which I've done. But before I've tried to have NOWTV at my address and couldn't as there's no overhead line coming into my house. Not sure that it's down anywhere. Before I sign up I want to know if I can definitely have the broadband with no phone line

@bt_uk @milliesepede warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

@bt_uk You are the ones make money from your helpline. EE will just say thats what the number costs. I'll probably get charged further by both of you. I would never again trust BT enough to call them.

@mattelcock @bt_uk Just make sure you come to a clear understanding. We placed our home move order with them (30 days notice) and when we did they instantly, and mistakenly, cut us off. We were told if we had our service reinstated our order would be delayed by a further 30 days.
