    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk Issue with house move order. The reconnection was moved to 8 March instead of 8 January. Then order couldn't be changed. So old account cancelled, new account set up for new address. Openreach won't activate line until 15th. But line to house is physically connected...

    @bt_uk Bill heading is BT - however your Cardiff call handler (Tom - helpful) indicates you down own the number. Family are trying to sort it.

    @bt_uk my elderly parents' internet connection is appalling. Video calls drop constantly. They don't want to raise the issue themselves because they think it's normal in their neighbourhood. Please advise how I can get this looked at on their behalf.
