@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

@bt_uk Bloke from Openreach came and cut my phone line!!!! All he needed to do was put 4 clips back on the wall. No warning. Now have to sit in car cancelling appointments as no 4G where I live. Complete idiot!

Another ombudsman complaint against @bt_uk as two months ago they created a second internet contract for me out of thin air and started charging me double. Complained many times, open complaints have been closed, requests for deadlock letters have been ignored. Awful company.

@bt_uk I have 2 of you mini home wifi discs but every 2 days they disconnect or get so confused I have a poor/limited Wi-Fi signal - why? Why can’t they just stay connected and work!! Constantly having to switch off and on 😞
