@BTCare It's closed. I tried SKY. It was just as bad. And now I'm ordering BT again as I already have BT super router and signal extenders. So what on earth are you talking about?

  • TheMinxyMissK
    Karen Mitchell (@TheMinxyMissK) reported

@BTCare No, if I’d have upgraded and ordered the sim first, I would have no interruption in my phone service. Now, I will have however long it takes to get a sim to me without a phone!

BEWARE! Coming from @bt_uk, this may be a lie. I have reported a fault with my #BT “Infinity” broadband in May. After weeks of calls & engineer visits, BT claimed that the problem is “at the cabinet”, which is dealt with by @WeAreOpenreach. @BTCare says “they have no control >>

over @WeAreOpenreach”. A @BTCare manager ttold me “some #BT customers wait for a solution more than 12 months”. They now stopped even answering my complaints. My “Infinity” connection is unstable and slow. I struggle to work. So my advice is: if it’s BT, don’t buy it!

@BTCare Ive been a customer of BT for over 20 years think its a mickey take that you now give Amazon Echo free for the same service I have been paying for for years and years not happy at all gonna leave ho to Sky

@BTCare It’s ok- getting use to all these errors from @BTCare. I mean getting it wrong in the private is one thing, to do it so publicly is humiliating for a company as big as BT.
