@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk a family members email account has been compromised, followed everything in your guide and rules are still being made. Phone line is also down to lock out existing connections, unacceptable!

@bt_uk Actually … no! 41 days without email and still counting and this is causing huge amounts of street and inconvenience. DMs very slow to respond. Same questions asked etc etc so no. Not a relaxing weekend at all thanks.

@bt_uk Have no service from BT and after trying the automated online checks called customer services to speak to a human. A recorded message states that their systems are down and suggest calling back tomorrow. I work from home!!! Really poor service BT...

@bt_uk Can you fix the mast in Hampton Hill that has been broken since June/July. No 4g for months.
