@bt_uk Hi, I've had a complaint open for almost 2 weeks now with no contact. This isn't acceptable at all but I'm not surprised, customer service is dreadful. Please can you resolve ASAP

@bt_uk our landline and broadband have been down since 15th February, estimate for repair was initially 18th Feb, has moved out a day at a time since - track fault now says you'll aim to fix by 26th Feb but I now have no confidence in this. No one from @OpenreachHelp has visited.

@bt_uk BT Sport on Xbox fails and is poor quality regardless of who supplies my broadband. It’s a 4K device.. I get pixels the size of fists.

@bt_uk No I've not had it sorted it seems to be this way permanently, I have crowd noise on BT sport but not on sky sports. We are BT TV customers so is it a BT issue using sky sports through now TV?

@bt_uk joined BT Saturday after 19 years with Virgin, delivery sent to wrong address Tuesday, spent half an hour talking to them to sort out and just received email confirmation replacement parcel also being sent to same address, can’t get through on phone, chat say can’t help

@bt_uk Hi, We had now Tv which we paid directly to them but we recently upgraded the BT TV package which included Now TV and you took over the Now TV account but we are still paying directly to now tv and bt? How do I cancel the original now tv pass ?
