Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

Jim Wall 🏴 (@jimnicebutdim) reported from Talsarnau, Wales@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

Philip Godfrey (@Fliposteo) reported@bt_uk I haven’t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
