@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

Absolutely disgusting @bt_uk Full fibre install booked for 9th April. Engineer never turned up. But you disconnected my broadband. Now you say earliest appt to connect me is 10 days away. How am I supposed to work from home?

@simonrug @simonrug I can’t help thinking it’d be brilliant if @btsport got the Pro16 broadcast rights. I just think the quality is so much better and it’d basically put all the domestic and European rugby on one channel. We can but hope 🤔

@MartinSLewis please help! @bt_uk have cut off my aunt’s number by mistake two weeks ago. Now they are trying to charge her £322 to fix it & say she may not get her number back. And she’s a community alarm responder.
