@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@geordiegixxer @bt_uk I was the same. Mine was always dropping out. Speed only ever seemed to get better when I complained and then it was back to the minimum. I lost broadband and phone for weeks at a time. Now with Virgin, fantastic speed of 500 MB, no issues so far.

@btsport @btsportcricket Does the person pressing the ads button on your cricket coverage know ANYTHING about the game? Just cut to ads when comms said "Breaking news..." and we missed it! Constant problem. Not getting what we paid for.

@bt_uk Found the page myself. Thing is, the problem has only recently started, and I've not changed anything eg position of the hub, haven't added new devices, but suddenly WiFi is unreliable, hence my faulty hub diagnosis.

@bt_uk Get a Tenda Nova mesh to achieve the same, and you no longer have to deal with BT's 24 month contracts, £7.50pcm if you want to keep email after you leave them, and decidedly average customer service. Check Which? magazine before signing to anyone.

@bt_uk On Tv ads they say only £20. And to get this refund he have to suffer for 30days. If less than 30days you don't get anything. Avoid BT it's a scam.. speeds are very poor. CS is even worse. You will end up speaking to at least 5 different reps b4 u give up.

@bt_uk shocked and appalled by your cust. service. Moved house 5 weeks ago, still no internet. Told it will be another 2 weeks. Previous owners were BT customers. 7 weeks to switch to us? 20+ hours of calls with conflicting advice every time. Absolutely useless
