@bt_uk I don't if you did something but, website has now updated saying there's a problem when I input my landline number and that of my nearest neighbours.

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk oh look load's of customers reporting delays and I thought your shoddy service was a personal thing. 4 times you've failed to connect our family broardband over 48 years. A 100% record. Why not advertise that......

Are you going to compensate me for the income I lost out on today @bt_uk? Your advert says you guarantee wifi in my property, for as long as I have been with you I never had complete wifi. So are you going to arrange a home expert for 01 Apr 21 free of charge?

@bt_uk so I upgrade my broadband in November - £47 per month, order postponed or cancelled and no reason. Complaint raised & closed with no comment. Order resurrected by yourselves and now £65 per month & engineer visit on 1st April. Is this some April Fool?!
