@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

So come on @btsport - explain why the Live MLB game Blue Jays Astros was replaced on BT Sport 3 last night by a mass of random catchup programmes. I don't pay a shitload of money for such crap. At the very least offer an explanation. Or a refund.

@bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

@bt_uk Have just spoken to an advisor who said the internet was not working had to explain it was because we only get mobile connections through the internet so it must be. Suggested I reboot it which I did and the phone now works. An advisor is to call me later
