@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

Ok so @BTCare you’ve responded to acknowledge my criticism of your Customer service and Broadband made via your App but now I’ve been told to “tweet you” in order that someone might just give a damn, enough to ring me back. Wow @BTCare your Customer Service shows no bounds !!!!

Stuart (@StuMSmith) reported
@bt_uk since November my housebound & seriously ill parents have not had a reliable landline. They have missed important medical appts because of this. You have made promises that are repeatedly broken. @Ofcom really need to investigate your mistreatment of vulnerable customers.

@frosty0610 @bt_uk Totally agree. We are in the same area, BT’s communication is a complete disgrace at best! We are all just another account number on their customer list. You only find out how good a company really is when a problem occurs. Unfortunately in my experience they are very poor.

@bt_uk I know you're only trying to help Rita, but I'm funny about putting those details on social media, even in a DM... The last thing I need is someone phoning me from the Dark Web asking for Fuzzy Chocolate or Happy Pineapple "plant food" or finding my inbox full of **** pics 🙈😱

So, despite being a broadband customer for over 11 years, @BTCare now want to charge £402 to leave them because 14 months ago I let them talk me into spending more money with them for services it tuned out I could never use. Great way to treat a long-standing customer...
