@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk I'm trying to purchase WWE Extereme on sky box office but every time I try to book it via my sky Q Box or via the website it won't let me I have phoned both BT and sky on numerous occasions both you and sky have both failed to sort the problem out you say

Just had some callers claiming to be from @bt_uk offering fibre to home if i'm not already a BT customer. Since I'm with @Plusnet (Open Reach) & 'already a customer' they could NOT offer me fibre to home. Kinda rubbish @Ofcom - plus i cant call BT to check they were legit

@bt_uk The wifi has been intermittently down in our town for almost two weeks since someone crashed into the exchange. Despite multiple complaints from most of the town you have still failed to fix this.
