@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@sadaplays @bt_uk @Ofcom holy crap. Good on getting some refund, but they should refund you for all of it or give you free connection for the remaining years they owe. That would not fly here in the US.

@bt_uk Having huge issues trying to get in contact with you to activate a new hub for my vulnerable grandad who suffers from dementia and needs wifi urgently for webcams to be installed so he can't walk out of the house in the middle of the night. You partially cancelled (1/2)

C'mon @bt_uk Two no shows from your engineers and have now been on the phone to customer service for half an hour with no result. Why the hell do we pay for enhanced broadband speed and service levels? Very disappointing.
