@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk Hi, I'm currently on a sim only mobile package. If I decide to continue with another service provider when would I cancel so that my current month finishes (using all my month) and starts with a new provider the next day?

@bt_uk People say stupidity is doing the same thing for 20 years and expecting a different result. But I genuinely believe this time that BT is committed to driving down prices for all customers. And that's why I will be staying for a 21st year.

@btbusinesscare, @BTBDirect, @BTSopenreach A whingey thread from a frustrated consumer. On Monday, it was windy and the phone lines serving my house and some neighbours snapped off at the telegraph pole and landed in next door's garden. I phoned my service provider to report it.

Because why would they? @bt_uk have me on a contract so it doesn't really matter to them of they deliver the service at this point.

@bt_uk I have tried to change the email on my account several times today. Keeps saying has sent an email for me to confirm the change BUT it has not! Really annoying. Can't get any help either.

@bt_uk why can I not get through to your call centres it cuts off after going through the options and telling me when the call centres are open. I have not got all day to sort out my problem because of your technical issues

@bt_uk It would be much appreciated if customer care called you back when they said they would. We have had ongoing issues since joining BT in March, multiple engineer visits and still not resolved - it is unusable - very disappointed with whole experience.
