@bt_uk I don't if you did something but, website has now updated saying there's a problem when I input my landline number and that of my nearest neighbours.

@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk trying to resolve my lack of broadband connection. BT SMS asked me to respond to say whether connection had still not worked. When I sent text to say I need a Callback a bit delivered message came back. Is there a problem in the YO12 area ?

@bt_uk you have gone from being best broadband provider to the worst. In the past month I’ve had my broadband go down three times. Well I’m not paying for this service. No way. Cancel my contract, you clearly cannot honour it.
