  @bt_uk I don't if you did something but, website has now updated saying there's a problem when I input my landline number and that of my nearest neighbours.

  @bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

  So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!

  @btbusinesscare @bt_uk @BTBusiness We called yesterday to tell you our business is closing on 25th June yet you pulled the plug immediately, leaving us without internet and a working till today. Sheer incompetence on your part, complaint initiated, ombudsman next. Don’t use BT!

  @bt_uk we've had no WiFi for nearly two weeks now! Cancelled last minute sending out an engineer last Wednesday. Then the engineer comes out yesterday, says the issue was diagnosed wrong and we need to wait 24-36 hours for Openreach... LIES! Now they say Saturday @BTCare

  @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare If I'm not next to the router, no internet access at all. If I'm less than 1M, it's gone. Why are you providing rather ****** mobile data for a business account? I'd wish up a cute for cancer faster than you'd give customer service
