@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@_502JoJo @bt_uk Here in the UK you can do it after 8 weeks, and I've done that and my case is under investigation still. BT wanted to settle but I said no because I'm still dealing with the same issue.

Hi @bt_uk and @EE - why is ordering from you so easy but between the both of you I still don’t have a broadband service I ordered at the start of October -absolute shambles. Awaiting response.

@bt_uk ever since we have had broadband fitted with you we have had constant issues with the phone crackling and dropping out connection. Set up wires left everywhere then a price hike for the privilege. Can’t ever phone as line so bad! They are NEW phones so it’s not them.

@bt_uk I have bought a day pass because virgin are down bad your internet is so slow. I cannot even load an email. Please explain why you allow people to buy a pass only to not work?

@skytv, @btsport is crap! Our WiFi constantly drops out and if 3 or more devices are connected, everything freezes. Fed up. If I switch to you guys, how many devises can we link to the WiFi? We are NHS staff that occasionally work from home so reliable broadband is essential. Ta
