@sadaplays @bt_uk @Ofcom holy crap. Good on getting some refund, but they should refund you for all of it or give you free connection for the remaining years they owe. That would not fly here in the US.

@Ofcom if someone @bt_uk opens an order on your account with all your details and then places said order in your name. Charges your account, sends equipment to your house, to then cancel it at there end and put it down to a miss leading sale. What can I do?
