  @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

  We’re really sorry to all our customers affected by the ongoing internet outage. Our service has been disrupted and, despite relying on BT Business for support, we’ve been left without the help we urgently need. We know this has caused frustration and inconvenience @bt_uk

  @btbusinesscare I am so disappointed with the lack of service I have received. We moved premises on 31/07/25 and to date still no broadband or landline. Disgusting, and you are still charging me monthly which should have been refunded. Your admin is disgraceful also.

  .@bt_uk My broadband is down, my neighbours are fine. My wife needs it for work. No way to contact BT by phone. Fault registered - won't look until next week. Appalling service as usual.

  @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64
