    @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

    @bt_uk Have finally spoken to someone this am. Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Only after making a massive fuss I now have an open reach appt on Mon

    What has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help

    @juliandc @ClaireMadMax @bt_uk Same here. Now reliant on a broadband connection requiring power. Not progress. iPhone has emergency satellite connection though.

    Hi @bt_uk I’ve not been a customer of yours for some time now, however received an SMS and email this morning from yourselves stating my speed trial is ending for my broadband is ending in 7 days. Was this an error?

    @MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! £48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
