    @bt_uk Also this is two different issues. The engineer is because the line is cutting out. My current complaint is about the amount and the speeds you’re providing, please don’t get it mixed up

    @btsport I’ve even trying to cancel my ‘monthly pass’ deal with BT sport for weeks. It’s so poor - hardly works. Just tried again but can’t get through so decided to push ahead and order it through sky for £25 per month rather than the £20 ‘pass’. I need the Pass cancelling 1/2

    @btsport football coverage is getting as bad as sky. WHY so many replays and close ups. and slow motion. had enough time to switch off
