@bt_uk That answers my question. You obviously don't own the fibre network in my street. Thus you are now charging me triple the price at 5% of the new speed. My customer loyalty to BT for 11 years is now costing me money.

@bt_uk nice one no internet for 2 days because your engineers can’t fix a simple fault. Joke of a company somebody else should run it because all u get is faults from by openshite

@bt_uk No point whatsoever Aled. We have been complaining for almost two years. We have a signal booster in every room. We’ve had several engineers out. The wifi drops out almost daily. You are simply not fulfilling your contract now. We want out.
