    @bt_uk It doesn't let me select an address after I've put my post code in. It's probably freezing because the wifi is so poor. This doesn't help me "the customer" at all. I'm not interested in seeing when u can speed it up in the future I want it now. Please help me leave.

    @bt_uk lost my broadband again, only ten minutes this time (assuming it stays up). Tired of these unannounced loss of service, smarthub 2 lights go orange and status page says there is no service, same as its done on the previous occasion. Would be nice to get comp'd with halo!

    @bt_uk why is your website still not working for making payments? Last month you said you were having difficulties & pay via phone, same things happening again this month. Saying either 1 min it doesnt recognise me, the next it does but just whirls when I click on the page to pay

    @virginmedia The second Sky/BT upgrade the fibre in my area I’m off. Your broadband is the worst I’ve ever had. Always disconnecting and just crap! I would imagine most people feel the same way. #skybroadband #bt_uk

    @bt_uk If I’m contact you I’ve already reset the hub several times =] Yeah it’s fine this morning… but this is the same pattern as the intermittent issues I’ve had before. Please don’t close the issue and I’ll try that test again when it’s slow again.
