@bt_uk moved into my new flat after assurances my internet would be activated on existing line yesterday. It wasn’t. Now unable to work and can’t get through customer service - it’s not good enough!! Sort it out.

@bt_uk I've got a smart hub 2 yet got refused for a disc to extend my WiFi... Concrete walls. No signal upstairs. Great. Been a BT customer over 10 years too

@bt_uk NO. What I wish is for whomever that ruined my router settings to fix it without having to factory reset everything. I'm working from home, I can't afford to faff with it because your staff broke it. Why can't you just revert the setting that they changed?!
