@bt_uk Your customer service is not fit for purpose, it’s No Service at All. Your Text to check your line is a waste of time, and you’re impossible to reach via the Phone, a service you’re supposedly promote. l’ve needed my landline Fixed, the last two weeks.

@youngsacka @JamesHorncastle @btsport I’ve watched 4 or 5 times this season and he’s ok. People look down on dier simply because he was poor a few years back. He’s actually a very good defender. It’s not necessarily saying he’s better than tomori, more that it’s not stupid to claim that

@btsport What's going on with casting to a Chromecast recently? It used to just work, but the last couple of times I've tried to catch up with @btsportmotogp it's been horribly juddery, pretty much unwatchable. Seems like I'm not the only one with this problem.

@bt_uk how can you charge £248 for an engineer you sent out to fix a fault because the Wi-Fi wasn’t fitted probably by you. To be told I have bad connection due to the shape of my house!!

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ve read that **** and it didn’t convince me that what you did was anything short of theft. But you have taught me that to maximise the advertised price for a “contract”, you need to take it up around April to avoid too much arse-******* by the Annual Price Change.
