  @bt_uk We are currently leaving BT business contract after being a customer for decades. The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c

  i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

  @bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still can’t log into my account without giving my phone number. We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

  @bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  @bt_uk Phoned you close to ten times. And to be fair if our postcode wasn't so limited I'd not be using your trash service. But is what it is.
