@btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

@btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....

@btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.

@btbusinesscare @ofcom You can't even complain because they will always say that BT have not had enough chance to fix things. 2 years of bills messed up and now I have moved on to a better company I am struggling to even do that.
