    @bt_uk I am well aware of that... If you read the previous tweet you'll realise that I was asking how long it will take for BT to offer better speed than 23MB in my area so that I can dump Virgin Media and move to BT. Why can't customer services on Twitter learn to read?

    @bt_uk last night (21:30) van turns up and puts cones in my road. This morning we're told to move car as they want to replace phone pole. Where was the notification of this work? Now we are without service. We work from home and need that service. We should have been notified. 🤬

    @bt_uk Was on the phone with BT and told 49 is the best this area can get, my parents can not stream disney plus anymore as our speed is too slow. What ******** has @bt_uk been doing to our speeds? They put the prices up and slow the speeds down. Glad i'm only paying 100 odd a month.

    @bt_uk Thanks Sharon, I’ve tried that and it hasn’t worked. Note that I’m getting the same problem when logging onto the website on a different device so perhaps it’s a problem with my account?
