  @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

  @TalkTalk It's @BTCare #Openreach that's the issue. All my neighbours went down and I'm the only TT customer, but everyone's providers are over Openreach. They simply don't give a ****.

  @bt_uk just moved in to a property which you assured us had broadband - it doesn't. An engineer can't come out until the 7th. So, a week with no Internet or TV. Complaint incoming

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
