  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

  @BTCare @bt_uk #openreach What ever you are doing in Guildford GU4 areas, stop ******* around or fix it! Full fibre HBB has been **** all day! Constant disconnects and reconnects! It's simply not good enough!

  @bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish,you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?

  @WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!

  @btbusinesscare hi just to let you know I've been hanging on trying to get help with new handsets that were meant to be activated 23/12. We are a small tailoring business and our customers are telling us verbally our number isn't working. I've been waiting for more than 35 mins.
