  @bt_uk what a shambles! My new service was supposed to go live yesterday but I’m still waiting! No one offers to help. No one calls u back. Absolutely disgraceful! Emailed CEO but no doubt I’ll be ignored! When are my services going to go live? I’m paying for nothing!

  @bt_uk Tasha the problem is over 8 years ago . So I don’t have an account or details that your staff can find yet they say I owe £177 from more than 4 years ago ???? But they can’t send me any details absolute joke

  @bt_uk Hi. Just spent an hour with an engineer only to discover we can’t get your full fibre broadband due to the network not having been updated. Told when ordering we could. 30mins bouncing around your phone exchange who won’t cancel our order. A bit frustrating.

  @btsport @skytv I am completely fed up with the shoddy streaming service that I pay over £120 pm for. Currently trying to watch rugby. In 10 mins - frozen screen, no sound, wait for program to load, and tv black screen. Speed 40mbps. It’s ****.
