@bt_uk utter rubbish - my parents are in their 70's and have had no internet since the 21st Oct. BT can neither tell us what the issue is or when it will be fixed. They work full-time online from home and rely on the internet to keep their jobs. Terrible service

@bt_uk worth pointing they gained nothing by this 'upgrade'. Previous contract was 30mb, new contract states max speed 30mb. I also note new customer deals who are have passed there tie in period are paying 45 a month or there abouts after month 24. Not right to be fleecing pensioners.

@bt_uk Hi Paul, unfortunately I have tried that twice and they refuse to help as they were signed up to a new contract in feb for 2 years! Signed up to halo3 from fibre 1. I dont believe they were aware of what they were being sold and hence agreed to whatever was suggested to them.

@bt_uk As an existing customer who only wants broadband you're quoting me over 60 quid. How can that be right?

@bt_uk Following on from the promise of our line problems being sorted out today, (Tuesday), no sign of anyone from Openreach & it’s dark now. It’s been 18 days now with nothing happening plus umpteen promises of reconnection!

@bt_uk Why do we still have to phone up to cancel things? They tell you there is “unprecedented demand” when you call and after 30 minutes you still haven’t spoken to anyone.

@bt_uk Actually, this is still a problem. Joining a VPN doesn't provide me with internal DNS -> still can't connect to sites I could before.
