@bt_uk joined a week ago by phone was lied to about the price made a complaint had nothing back and said if it isnt resolved id cancel its been a week and now my complaint is closed and you for some reason have sent me a router despite cancellation? do i return it to you or?

My communication problems are getting worse! @bt_uk can't check a number unless you know who provides that number! Just dial it for me? No, you need to know who provides the number. So how do I do that? Drive 200 miles and knock on the door to ask them ... #progress

@bt_uk absolutely disgraceful service from BT. Getting really fed up. 40 min wait on the phone to complain and the online complaint form doesn't work, the only way to get attention seems to be to go onto social media, this is wrong.....straighten yourself out BT
