๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again Iโd like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying ยฃ83 a month for a shoddy connection?

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reportediโm trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message wonโt open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?

Simboman ๐ฌ๐ง ๐บ๐ฆ (@simboman) reported@stokeygurl @bt_uk Sadly, BT are fobbing you off. This is a known issue and clearing your cache won't work. If it does by all means come back and update us. I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.

Gary Banks (@Banksie_FB5) reported@bt_uk I was told, on Sun, that it was planned 2b here Mon. Then told Mon it was planned 2b here Tues. Now told tomorrow. If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now Iโve had to cancel a job of work โin caseโ this persists! #unacceptable

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. Iโve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. Iโve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesnโt work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
