@bt_uk Although my email is back on, it's not working properly. I go to a Draft email, click on 'Keep Composing' to finish it, but when I try to click on 'Send' to send it, it does not work. I can not send the email. The 'Discard' button also doesnt work. Plse can u repair this?

Lately I’ve had issues with BT apps and emails loading. Contract is up now so this further outage is making me consider who’s best for internet? I’ve been with @bt_uk for decades, but is it paying to be loyal? #WorkFromHome

@bt_uk But that’s no use when MyBT is down and I can’t access it to check and raise issue about speed reminiscent of dial up days in my Cambridgeshire #Village - it’s been bad for days but today the rusty can at the end of the string seems to have given up 🐌 - so much for #SiliconFen

@bt_uk I was looking at upgrading my broadband and TV , have done broadband and placed order but now can't do TV upgrade as there is a pending order - very annoying and poor design of your website. Maybe should have gone for sky

@bt_uk So random 20 minute outages are normal and to be expected with BT? Never had this with my previous provider.
