    @bt_uk @Xkay26x Our mother has been waiting weeks and let down on numerous occasions. Told to escalate. Escalating doesnโ€™t make a difference. Same with our work contract - nobody cares and they re not to be trusted anymore. Since EE took over theyโ€™re appalling

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. Iโ€™ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโ€™m moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโ€™m done with BT, me

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! ยฃ48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!

    @bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? Iโ€™ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldnโ€™t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that canโ€™t organise itself?

    @bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

    @bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking
