    @bt_uk Yes it says there is a broadband fault and they cannot provide a fix time. It was originally due to be fixed by 6pm yesterday.

    @bt_uk so you even close btcare cos you can’t cope. I am having to use 4g because it’s faster than your broadband. All I get is that you know there is a problem but don’t know when it will be sorted and I pay £45 a month for this!

    @bt_uk I’ve asked before about why your service doesn’t work on PS5 and was just fobbed off with a link that didn’t help at all. Could you actually try resolving my query?
