@bt_uk hello I have a bt broadband package and I have had numerous issues with the following error ( couldn't authenticate connrction) this is thr same issue using 3 different devices and when it does connect. I lose Internet a few times a day. Can you help?

@bt_uk has anyone else had issues with their hub having a purple flashing light?? Had 11 engineers booked who have failed to attend only 4 have!! Still no Internet after 35 days!!
