@bt_uk Looked into upgrading my BT Halo 1 package to Halo 2 it offers the same broadband speeds that's not upgrading.Sure you get 24/7 engineer calls and a little box that boosts piss poor wireless speeds more the 15 feet away from the router but come on,it's not much.

Oh @bt_uk you have surpassed yourselves , not only did you cancel the BT engineer yesterday without telling me after I booked it on 10th Dec, you’ve ordered the emergency mini hub to go to our OLD address?! Now in another another queue to talk to someone , the wait is 30 mins min
