@bt_uk my hub has randomly gone orange does this mean there’s a problem in my area or does it do it for maintenance sometimes?

@bt_uk we moved from Sky Broadband because we would have the same issues as we’re having now, we moved to you because initially you reassured us we wouldn’t have the same problems we were having at sky but it’s not been very much of an improvement if I’m brutally honest.

@bt_uk No problem. It was more a question regarding anything I can do to buy a ps5 through BT, apparently this is a good place for current customers to buy one once back in stock? Thanks for the reply

@OpenreachHelp Looks like OpenReach is causing a lot of delays AND not communicating any information back to the “service” providers including @SkyUK and @bt_uk who then just pass the buck back to customers leaving them without working landline & broadband. Shame on all of you.

@bt_uk In my opinion, your wifi has never been very good. It seems to have got significantly worse of late too. Coincidently, since you’ve been advertising this very product.

Lie after lie from @bt_uk. Another 2 hours on the phone today to confirm an engineer visit that never happened, now leaving us a week without Wi-Fi, forcing us to buy mobile data and leave ourselves out of pocket. Never known such bad service.

@bt_uk I have halo 2 - that promo to me as an existing customer seems such a waste of paper and resources. Please feedback.
