What a farce @Plusnet is. Three days now and major problems with their email and still not resolved. They must surely experience a massive loss of customers as a result. And they are part of @bt_uk Huge brand damage.

@bt_uk Not exactly. Internet down and I’m supposed to be running a virtual conference for 500 people. Fault reported but apparently no way to get my Mini Hub (for what it’s worth) switched on without being in a 40 minute phone queue that keeps telling me I can do everything online!

@Ofcom @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Thanks I’ve done that already. Just feels like the telecomms giants are not being regulated and are allowed to treat customers who can’t go anywhere else for a service when it comes to the next level down from BT, Sky, Vodafone etc..horrendously

@bt_uk The engineer has just turned up. Turns out he hadn’t been working remotely as told on the phone. So I’m glad I didn’t leave the house! Really poor service and communication.

@bt_uk just received a bill of around £200 for my Nan “ending her broadband contract early”, this is because she has passed away. Please advise on how we can fix this and any further information you require. Thanks

Oh, @BT_uk appears to be broken in my area. The @BritishTelecom site says the estimate fix time is 11:53 am on *Monday*! Let’s hope my mobile network stays up.

@bt_uk Been a customer for over 20 years and customer service received on our non existent broadband line is poor. Both our lines are down, engineer due between 8-1 but nothing and can’t look at our other line until Tuesday. Nobody wanting to help
