    I get so many robot sales calls on @BTCare landline & no amount of blocking works. Scammers have many BT numbers (all with STD codes - diff one each time). BT can't do anything to help. And yet... these numbers are allotted to scammers ... by BT! Bye bye landline.

    @bt_uk The engineer is only doing the phone line, what about the rest of it. I am not paying a penny until I have full service, then as I said I am only paying half.

    @bt_uk I am absolutely sickened that a company as big as your will not do anything to help a person who can’t afford to pay £40 a month for a crap service instead just threaten them that if they switch supplier you will fine them and possibly take them to court SCUM!!

    @bt_uk Well another day wasted #annoying 19/03Email changing start date for broadband to 22/03 txt msg saying engineer will visit between 8am and 1 pm on 19/03. On 21/03 txt msg service will be up and running on 22/03. It wasn’t #nobroadband. @bt_uk what on earth is going on?????

    Well that’s @skytv cancelled, can’t believe after 18 years of being a customer with them that they can’t do better than @bt_uk for a tv package?

    @bt_uk I have and have been promised a call back from a manager. I’m disgusted it has had to reach this point. Not your fault personally Luke but I shouldn’t have to make 7 phone calls and 4 engineer appointments, time out from my work day, to still have zero resolution.
