    Horrendous service from @bt_uk. Dealing with my Father in Laws account and getting threatening letters when we’d been reassured it was sorted. Disgusting. Stay well away.

    @bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom

    BT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk anyone got friends, family can;t use phone for calls this is BT complaint been submitted We will call you within the next few days on 01000****00 to discuss your complaint. If this is not your telephone number that your complaint relates to then please change it below

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

    @bt_uk 2/2 Subsequent calls & one did say there was 'a known issue'. Called before i went away & made a complaint that as I said earlier, was reported closed almost immediately after confirmation email said it was being processed
