@SkyHelpTeam . @bt_uk I’ve been told several times that there is an issue with openreach fully cancelling the order on their system as well - how has it taken over a month to cancel - simple order that was never active??

@Jonnyish @virginmedia I’ve had this for 3 weeks. If you call @bt_uk they’ll pay your Virgin cancellation fee. Virgin are truly awful.

Shame rang bt business there and you cant swap fttp out easy you have to terminate your contract with bt consumer @bt_uk @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness was looking to run my own web server with static ip address will this be changing soon guys? Im on fttp 900 consumer at present

@mike_rigg @virginmedia Just leave virgin mike. My broadband has been down for 3 weeks and nobody at virgin cares. I’ve had exactly the same experience. If you call @bt_uk they’ll pay your Virgin cancellation fee.
