    Another brilliant Brentford win but did not like that post match interview by Paul Dempsey. He spoke to Mbeumo like he was five and was digging at him and Pinnock. patronising, rude and inappropriate. @btsport

    Seriously annoyed at @bt_uk ! I renewed my deal BUT had to get Full Fibre in to get it. After having holes drilled in my wall and installed they now say I can’t have the package I agreed to on the 12th April! Hours on the phone and now have to wait 5-7 days for a resolution

    Okay,@bt_uk No smartphone, no smart tv, not able to program a satnav but calls you, aged 90+, and orders the fastest and most expensive fibre package you offer to domestic customers. Formal complaint filed but we need to talk before this is escalated to @Ofcom.

    @G99____ @bt_uk At least they sent me a hub this time. Last time engineer stood there looking at me like I was stupid. Then BT tried charging me £199 for it. Was all going so well until today when once the wall was drilled the services agreed where pulled from under me.
