    @JVDyne @bt_uk My broadband has been down for 7+ days here, engineers don't show up and mobile data hardly works. Phone support queue is 30+ min wait every time. Except it to be way longer than the 19th of November, switching providers will be faster.

    Evevning @btsport There's a delay in the sound when casting to an LG Telly from the app. Never used to be like this. How can I/you fix it?

    @bt_uk just waited for 20 minutes on the phone and then cut off at 9.00pm. Poor choice of pop music while waiting too. Have a good evening, will ring you tomorrow with my complaint, I am sure you will agree it will wait?

    Using the @btsport app to watch the football. The app quality is so awful, its like watching an illegal stream. Unwatchable.

    @bt_uk Spoke to them on the phone today. That's where the £50.99 offer came from, which is pretty poor. Asked about downgrading broadband and TV options, but "the best they could do" was £50.99. New BT customers: under £30. Add on a TV package, say £36ish. But offered £50+ 🫤
