3/3 landline number has never been given out to anyone aside from parents, these are autodials or BT have provided us with a **** number that someone else owned, we are registered with TPS, I can't wait to get out of contract & ditch @bt_uk

@bt_uk Why did it take you so long to say that and why do other utilities allow end of contract on a house move but BT doesn't. Why are you so specialties? There is no service in the house from BT at the moment. Surely that should allow her to leave penalty free???

@bt_uk Internet has been down from 9AM this morning! No further updates have been given and I am told we have to wait until the 15th for a resolution. simply not good enough we pay for a service we can’t use! I am working from home and am unable to do so. Please escalate this!

@bt_uk why am I still waiting for my service to be connected? So many phone calls and text exchanges. So many promises. And still nothing. Can’t connect or Zoom with family. No tv. Over 60, living alone and feeling cut off. Also angry and upset.

@bt_uk Now I am forced to use the data package and pay a lot of money to buy additional GB of data from the operator.Complaint, phone calls, live chats and then nothing... if I didn't have internet, I don't have one...

@BTCare Can you help with Bband fault/engineer visit booked for today? I had thought someone was coming to the house but track a fault system says visit complete. Can you see if that is correct?
