Ann Merrigan (@MerriganAnn) reported@bt_uk Phoned to cancel BT TVpackage, had ONE box since 2018. Guy said to send back TWO! I explained I donβt have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesnβt need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??

Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
