@bt_uk I have contacted you several times as we moved house and are trying to transfer our broadband service. This has been cancelled 3 times with no reason. Still paying for nothing! Want to connect the service from outside which has been installed to inside.

@bt_uk Trying to end a contract with Virgin Media and come back to you which they are making really hard to do so. Apparently they need BT to phone them regarding the landline? Can someone help me please? I'm getting so stressed about this 😫
