@bt_uk Cancelled again !!! Third time !! No explanation. Expensive ads on how wonderful your broadband is and yet .. no connection. A very bad start BT , wife is a key worker and needs reliable WiFi ! Expecting a large amount of money off fur this . #BT

@bt_uk just had a look, even the top one id chew through that data in just over a week, looking for more of a pay as you go solution as its just for a month as i have a big 4G router with sim slot i can put the sim into etc :)

@bt_uk Hi BT the issue is with BT. When I used any other Internet provider I can access @hushmail it is only when using #BT that the application #TimesOut..@hushmail have already set out the issue is solely #BT

Why does @bt_uk think its acceptable to ignore their support lines for business lines and send you to a whatsapp chat instead? Facebook privacy issues aside, fobbing people off to a third party platform like that is a disgrace

@bt_uk We’ve been told nothing !! Just a standard‘we’ve got to change some dates’ generic email . A very shoddy start BT, I’m just flabbergasted after the problems I’ve had with previous broadband provider. What is going on ?
