    @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp We have had NO SERVICE since 27/11/21 and despite an ongoing complaint, have no date when this might be resolved. Numerous lies regarding works and appointment dates. How do you get away with this? Absolutely appalling ‘service’.

    @bt_uk The case has now been opened and closed on 4 occasions with no follow up or resolution. I have to keep in calling/holding & have the same conversation about a distressing subject over & over. I want a bacs payment made ASAP

    @bt_uk I’m 250m from the main BT exchange building, 40m from my next door neighbour who can get fibre and 10m from the school who can also get fibre. How do I make a complaint?
