@bt_uk DAMMMMMM that was possibly the easiest ever switch I've done & already had some top level customer service Man's in shock as been told if my router arrives early you can activate it early

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. It’s an @bt_uk Open reach process that @Ofcom need to hold them to account on. The engineer was never assigned “due to workload” so now as a “missed appointment” I go to the back of the queue - what a joke. Monopoly on the network, so do what they want.

@bt_uk Hi Lisa. The engineer seems to think it's an issue with the router, he did a factory reset on it and it seems to have resolved it for now

@bt_uk broadband contract taken out in April. Still no broadband! Another morning wasted waiting for a call back that never came. 5 engineer visits. Still can't get a broadband service. This is in a large town 30miles from London. Can't work from home. It is a joke

@bt_uk I’ve had a Full Fibre outage since the morning. Spoke to someone on the phone who advised it’s an area outage and that I’d be able to track the fault online but when I log into my BT account it doesn’t show any faults??? Also service status claims there no faults… strange
