@bt_uk Incidentally I had same problem with another company in the BT Group, and that's why I migrated then to BT. Looks like birds of a feather flock together. Time to move on. I may owe you money for the service you provide, but you haven't earned my loyalty. 2/2

@bt_uk All agents have been trying to identify what’s preventing from booking an appointment for the last 3 weeks! I’m sorry to say this but in today’s day and age I would expect someone to manually sort an appt out first and then fix the root cause? But that ain’t happening either😢

Credit where credit is due 2 excellent customer advisors from @bt_uk helpful, polite and efficient. Shame people like these are let down by other less able or willing staff.

@bt_uk worst of all time. My 83 year old dad without Telephone or Broadband for 3 feckin weeks. Left without fibre working, Twice they never showed up, Sat in all day today, no show again . Complete shambles.

@bt_uk Thanks but that is of no help at all. You should not have disconnected the old broadband until the engineer closed the job. Yesterday we were told the hub would be delivered Monday.

@bt_uk ig5 area, wifi been cutting in and out, I’m on total wifi with extra wifi discs and still a problem, one disc has stopped connecting, are there works going on?

In the past 4 months, I’ve ordered #broadband 3 times ( twice from @bt_uk & once from @TalkTalk ). 3 times @WeAreOpenreach have cancelled it & walked away. Why do I have to put up with this crap ?

@bt_uk why is your system so terrible ? Requested a call as you have said my bill will be £98 when I’m a £165 in credit. Call arrived after 35 min wait and your customer service member just hung up when I answered.

@bt_uk At this rate I should have never changed to BT Internet, nothing but issues from the start. Three days on the bounce having intermittent disruptions to the connection. Not to mention the lovely price hike since first joining 👌
