    @OpenreachHelp Hi Paul, thanks for the reply. My provider is @bt_uk, who have told me they aren't sure what's causing the delay as they're waiting for someone from Openreach to fix the issue. One company is blaming the other, and nothing's getting done

    @bt_uk Such a shambolic broadband provider. Had an engineer out to "fix" my problem, said it was all done. Within 20 minutes the router went down a further 3 times...

    @btsport commentators massively negatively overboard on Salisu. The lad hasn’t played for 8 months and is doing just fine. But they’re so critical of him. Equally #saintsfc fans over critical of Redmond. He’s working hard for the team here. Give him a break and support the team

    @bt_uk We can't get through on email or customer chat. Currently on hold on the phone. Is broadband down in M16, Manchester?

    @bt_uk Yes! We are having issues all the time. We want an engineer to the house to sort this. You advertise wifi to every room or money back. We don't get this service. Now when we ask about leaving we are told we have to pay £250 ! Why? We are not getting what we pay for.

    @bt_uk So what about uni students. We get 2 mb/s where we live, no idea what happened to the 10mb/s for every customer!!! We have been told it will cost US £30-40,000 for us to get better internet 😡

    @bt_uk Why can’t you just email me your poor retention offers instead of harassing me via phone? Not impressed with sales calls at 7pm when you know, people are winding down/sorting kids/dinner!
