  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk Best way to see check if something is repaired check with customer @bt.com. Not close issue because engineers did not turn up Neighbour same issue all sorted with engineer visit Me re book for Monday because you forgot to connect Internet on pole replacement

  Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

  @bt_uk How can I check local outages and is there one in the CW8 area? Your website doesn't allow me to view if there's an outage in my area without a login, and the scan your broadband function doesn't work since there's no connection.
