@bt_uk @IWFhotline BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

@bt_uk complete Wi-fi can not reach my whole house tech team confirm noted account told me to contact loyalty team to cancel complete Wi-fi and get £100 credit, loyalty team try to increase my bill my £2 per month for cancelling it and refuse to give £100 credit can you help?

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp appalling customer service from BT. Left without internet so unable to work from home during lockdown. Promised a BT hub twice by 2 members of staff. No internet now for 10 days and BT are not helping us get back online!
