@bt_uk No it didn't help. I tried Firefox , Edge & Chrome all the same. Loaded the BT APP & watched the footy through that. Our Broadband cable was cut a few weeks ago & an engineer switched over to another wire , maybe something to do with that ?

@bt_uk my smart baby monitor parent unit has stopped working. It was brand new opened less then an month ago when my baby moved into his bedroom. Sound has gone really quiet. On searching this is a common problem. Could I get a new one sent out? Worried about not yearning my baby
