  @btsport your Ultimate channel showing the football in 4K is appalling at the moment. Sound quality is terrible and the picture keeps freezing every few seconds. Playing the HD channel is fine. Please fix ASAP. Using Apple 4k TV box.

  @bt_uk SORRY NO ENGINEER will be attending, but 1..... you NEVER KNEW IT WAS COMING. 2. IT'S BEEN CANCELLED. 3rd ENGINEER in 1 week. Complained coutless times and still ERROR UPON ERROR. CURRENTLY ON PHONE TO BT. AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER. @Ofcom

  @bt_uk Swish Fibre have cut through BT cables, and my vulnerable 90 year old grandfather who is partially sighted, deaf and had 2x strokes, his emergency care line is not working due to Swish cutting the cables please sort this today

  @bt_uk No BT PRO TV Internet channels working despite box upgrade and Internet working - another weekend ruined whilst now been informed internal BT issue and resolution up to 5 days. I have sent a DM with the details.

  @bt_uk well, just got bill notice of increase , contacted BT to say I can’t afford it and threatened with £400 if I cancel my contract! I asked for help, not threats. If I can’t pay £100 increase, on my pension, how can I find £400! You say speak to us if your having issues!
