    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

    @bt_uk Good evening, still awaiting a reply, response & a telephone call, since 3 wks ago. Sent email and email to the specific staff member “oh ill call you back” NOTHING!!! Shocking service, dont you even dare lock me into a contract. Dont blsmebthe virus! #awful #goodtotalknot

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

    @bt_uk down again. Unbreakable? It's now been over 2 weeks since I've had an uninterrupted 24 hours with broadband. My advice to all my followers is to avoid @bt_uk like the plague. I've already steered one friend to PlusNet. They would have gone with Virgin if available for them

    @bt_uk Cheers James It was bad enough not knowing when our landline number was switched and who with, but it's been a blow losing internet as well&clearly not a protocol by the engineers to check everything is stable when we've been a BT package customer for years Thanks for checking in

    @bt_uk I thought I had 30 days for the TV service. I want to cancel the TV but keep broadband. What I was promised is not what I got. I’m told I’ve got to pay £300 to get out of my contract. I work for a council… recently just gotten over a huge mental breakdown and illness 2/3

    @bt_uk I have literally spoken to your office every day this week -- and each person makes a mistake, and I have to start all over: our order to move broadband was not correctly placed, mini hub sent to wrong address, managers don't call back as promised. Truly inexcusable service.
