    @bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

    why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @bt_uk Decide to keep this public, and yes we've decided to record all help line phone calls for legal reasons and later publication. So now we have been told that we need to provide a LL no. We don't have one, the old sky is not recognised by you. Random excuses.

    @deafmade_audio @bt_uk it’s no good for streaming games or anything like they’re advertising though- i had to cancel my ps now because it wouldn’t stream games even with an ethernet cable

    @bt_uk I'll add, that it all started with pixelating picture, TV working ok. when the box is off and we use the TV we didn't have a problem, now the loop through doesn't work either. Also, how do we recover recordings??

    @bt_uk Thanks. I got on the phone and a solution is being sorted. The hub is one side of the room and the tv another and no one mentioned it was a wired system! Getting some plug in boosters or something sent out.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service trying to upgrade broadband & phone since 3rd March. Constant waiting, 4 phone calls. Now told I have to phone back to start the whole order process again. Fed up. Charging us for service we don’t have & couldn’t be any slower to resolve the issue.
