@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

@bt_uk There’s a new issue every day apparently. Mum checks and there’s a new issue every day. It’s says it’ll be fixed and yet it’s not. It was supposed to be fixed after 11pm but it’s still not working so there’s no clear info. There’s no info on what it is or how it’ll be fixed
