@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

@bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

Had a well timed power cut that even brought down the mobile networks as a reminder of why it is a bad idea to get rid of your ability to make phone calls without electricity. If this happens again later in the week, we won't be able to even make a phone call @bt_uk

When @bt_uk expect us to pay the bill for this past month when we've had unstable connection (20+ drops since the 14th) and one failed visit by one engineer who couldnt even order a new router properly with the recent engineer claiming the first didnt know what they were doing.

@bt_uk Thanks for asking. I’m still having problems. My tv box won’t connect now. I can’t watch any channels. Contacted BT who said it may take up to next Thursday for someone to help. I’m sorry but this is not great service. Having to use sky tv which actually works!

Years of loyal service with @bt_uk only to have engineers sent out to our home every few months to sort out an outside problem that returns every time! We’ve NEVER had the promised service from this company and we’ve simply been robbed. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
