    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk You can start by answering my issue 3wks ago STILL Waiting. And ignoring my emails. Shocking service. Ill be passimg this on to the Ombudsman and the media 🤬🤬🤬 courtesy to call me back after promises

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @bt_uk You expect me to stand half a mile from my house mobile in the air trying to get signal waiting till 8pm for you to call and be horrible to us again....would you? I have no mobile signal at home if I did, then no bt

    @bt_uk How am I watching the match? Huh? On the TV not on my I pad, I think it’s the commentators microphone! Dreadful! Not usually an issue in any football game and I watch lots .....

    @bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Same issue here. Been through two different mini hubs, after a few minutes of watching iPlayer the internet cuts off (but the mini hub itself stays on, as well as the WiFi network). Very frustrating! You’ve known about the issue since February. Sort it out!
