Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

Meanwhile Openreach L2C (Lead 2 Cache dept) confirm customer has FTTP availability and not a surveyable L2C job as overhead; also appointment committed 14 June for 30 June cancelled by BT and currently no fluid orders with Openreach. PLEASE RE-ESCALATE

Bt info'd me & I rang them and got them to stop my line being taken over. However it kept happening again & again, 4 times in all before 1/
