@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

@DamainWard @bt_uk @PopTelecom I can only take to dispute resolution once 8 weeks have passed with no agreement, or a 'deadlock' situation is established. They're refusing to waive the termination fees even though they failed to meet contractual obligations. Someone has actually just replied to me. Miracles!!

@bt_uk So having waited four days for the engineer, you’ve sent somebody with no experience of Halo 3, no access to the service failures over the last few days and no progress has been made. This may be a case of mis-selling and I raised a formal complaint on Sunday VOL013-574182961262

@bt_uk Why .. because it’s not accurate information- u keeping tweeting “can you DM us” then turning into a bot or automated even more frustrating exchange down a dead end road...#BT

@bt_uk Do you know what's better than having to wait for an engineer to fix an issue? Having no contact from an engineer and my appointment being cancelled without my knowing? Then being on hold for 15 minutes to be told we'll book you in for tomorrow.
