@bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Officially 1 month without my broadband that got terminated early before full fibre was ready. The staff at @bt_uk really do their best but are hampered by systems and processes. Still waiting on my FTTC order to be placed so I can pay for the service I need that got taken…

@bt_uk i cancelled BT Sport, but the feature 2withhold my no. on all calls was activated (not by me). I called 2have taken off but told cant until my order is completed 5th March. I cant call over ¾ my contacts as they block private numbers. I never activated it & need it gone

@bt_uk Thank you so much for checking, Sharon. Each time the connection drops, I reset hub and client. The problem then happens again when I next use iPlayer. It is not a speed issue.

Liverpool could not hit a barn door at 2 paces, front 3 are very very poor no excuses. 2017/18 and 18/19 and 19 to summer 2020 they were knocking 3 4 and 5 in week in week out, since there main assist has gone last summer Coutinho ****.
