    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @bt_uk how do I make a customer complaint? I’ve lodged one and it has been closed but this issue still hasn’t been dealt with. I work for a charity and you have dealt with us appallingly and charged us additional fees.

    The fact I currently don't have a wired internet connection, when I have existing wiring for FTTC in my house is farcical, why not let me use it while the FTTP install is worked through. @OpenreachHelp @BTCare seriously it's a joke - surely we can get a solution here! (8/8)

    Never known anything like @bt_uk. Switching broadband with them from EE and wish I never bothered! Every appointment they’ve made they’ve just not turned up, I’m sick to death of ringing asking where they are. Just avoid unless you want to constantly chase people to do their job

    @virginmedia - yeah thanks. Cancelled my contract in July, cut off in August because the superior @bt_uk got installed on the date you cut the service - still you charge me £125…well done. Also you guys use WhatsApp to « chat » but then get busy

    @bt_uk hi i need some help, i had the broadband router due to be delivered today at my new build house (I move in tomorrow) and royal mail were unable to deliver. I have an engineer coming tomorrow to install internet but without a router until i can get it redelivered
