@bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

BT Broadband = Unbelievable rubbish service! Made Contract at EE. BT refund my deposit with no message, and refuse to install the broadband service 1 day before scheduled installation date. Avoid to use them. Anyone tried their good service? @bt_uk @EE

@bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

@bt_uk not exactly ecstatic that our bill has gone up 16%. Bad enough that it has increased significantly without any notification of a price change, but also when we are still in a fixed price contract until January 2023
