    @BTCare tried online and calling can’t get through I have a vulnerable 88 year old mother with a fault on her broadband she is still shielding and a long way from me we need an engineer as I’ve tried fixing with new router still no broadband #help

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Good evening, still awaiting a reply, response & a telephone call, since 3 wks ago. Sent email and email to the specific staff member “oh ill call you back” NOTHING!!! Shocking service, dont you even dare lock me into a contract. Dont blsmebthe virus! #awful #goodtotalknot

    @bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

    @GerardThornley @bt_uk I had a similar experience during the pandemic. 4-5 days with no connection, spending a fortune on mobile data Home broadband is now critical national infrastructure and should have appropriate service levels and penalties.

    @bt_uk Hi, not long after this message the service status now says that there are no issues in your area. However we still have no internet, done the usual power off, reboot router etc with no luck. Any updates for the LA16 area, thank you.

    @bt_uk Yes I have a question I'm with sky paying good money for crap sports channel probably paying for bt now ye gave it for free when covid started never get any bills anymore which I find very strange having to pay for bt sport with crap commentater I'm not doing it anymore
