Di- Rect..🎗️🇮🇱🇬🇧(To The Point) (@ReformedMr) reported@bt_uk That was message to me whilst I’m at work. I really could do with some help for her. I can supply you all the information you need, but obviously I don’t wanna do it on a public forum. Thank you so much for reaching out to me.
-
Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk have had no broadband since 25/8. fault tracker says it’s fixed but running a check on it says network fault and the expected resolve date keeps getting pushed back. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
-
Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk My issue is not that there’s a fault it’s just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if there’s an issue but we’ve not heard a thing from BT.
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk 2) ...even though their network and ducts are right outside the properties the pole serves. They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.
-
euanT (@euanT5) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@Walesguy2 @bt_uk Mark, it's been a known issue for months.
-
namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.
-
RichNotRich (@sideangleballs) reported@bt_uk @btbusinesscare My business broadband has been down all morning and in my efforts to log in to fault check you've now locked me out of my account! Help please!!
-
Colin Burns (@ColinWBurns) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Spineless from those who did the damage. Whatever happened to being honest and owning up to one’s mistakes?
