In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.
