I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Hi @bt_uk, hope you're having a great day. A week after loosing the phone and Internet service in Whitestaunton, Somerset absolutely NOTHING has been done to even attemp to fix the problem. Let's hope nobody needs to contact emergency services, this is a mobile blackspot. @Ofcom
