You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Richard Lecky-Thompson (@LeckyRichard) reported@paullewismoney @bt_uk BT are planning to beach the OFCOM guidelines that they signed up to by not providing adequate backup in case of power cuts. 1 hour backup is not enough of you don't have mobile signal in your house. It is unclear if elderly alarm systems will work.

Sue Taylor FRSA (@Essexisgreat) reported@paullewismoney @bt_uk I received a letter with the date of the switch over. It happened with no issues, the sound is clearer, but in a power cut I would have no phone. They ask you to let them know if you do not have a mobile as backup.
