  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@Smudger7404 @bt_uk Your best bet is the BT community forum, they have some of their tech team on there who can probably help you.

  • RichTWarms RTW 🏃🏼🚴🏼 🌍 (@RichTWarms) reported

@bt_uk Yes, there are known issues in the area. My point is that there are only so many things that can cause the problem. So why has my provider got no info from @OpenreachHelp? And why is it acceptable for BT to manage a system with these faults when broadband is an essential service?

  • jacquiewain jacquie wain (@jacquiewain) reported

@bt_uk Your appalling incompetence has left me without landline or broadband for days. You have failed at every step for a month to get things right. Customer service calls back never come. I am at a loss.

  • KandyKandy2013 Kirsty (@KandyKandy2013) reported

@bt_uk Yes it was a completely new service. My husband is the account holder do I'll get him to DM now but this is a terrible Start to a contract that I will be stuck in and with service like that makes me regret switching

  • compucademy Compucademy (@compucademy) reported

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Supposed to have fibre installed on 6th May. BT neglected to do a survey first. Existing service cancelled based on the promised installation date. My business is internet-dependent. No word of an update, after several rounds in 30 min phone queues.

  • Torchy777 ** 𝓣𝓸𝓻𝓬𝓱𝔂 ** (@Torchy777) reported

@bt_uk Hello, 4G in KY16 9** has been very poor for several days now. What is the issue?

  • shellmorton1 Shell Morton (@shellmorton1) reported

@bt_uk My broadband came back for a day after being down for a week.... and it's off again this morning! What is going on??!

  • RichTWarms RTW 🏃🏼🚴🏼 🌍 (@RichTWarms) reported

@OpenreachHelp The area is AL1. I'd be more impressed if you could just tell me openly and honestly what the problem is and when it might be fixed. Otherwise, we're into the usual blame game between companies. This is your network. @bt_uk

  • mackenzie_fiona Fiona Mackenzie (@mackenzie_fiona) reported

@bt_uk dont use .worstcustomercare and internet the worst

  • DoultonTommeh TommehDoulton (@DoultonTommeh) reported

@bt_uk @LiamJPalmer @andrewrobertso5 So many normal working people are paying your organisation good money for your product/service and you now think that entitles you to tell those customers how to think? BT and anybody involved with their ‘Hope United’ campaign deserve to be a target of hate, out of principle.
