@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

@bt_uk I can't see why it takes several days to reinstate when it was disconnected within minutes. This was BT's error, not ours, and it's unacceptable. We were also promised a return phone call at 10am today to resolve the issue which we still haven't had

@bt_uk Can't create a BT ID, you guys up to something? E00075: Bad Request (400) - was returned by a downstream system. User Reference is REF20220219-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Got a timeframe to fix this? (A 502 is better returned to the client here btw 🤓 )

@bt_uk Yeah I did check they been having problems with TV and Internet in my area, time for fixing keeps changing so was 11am, 6pm yesterday now just says sorry no time for a fix available, shame couldn't have had an email or something explaining seeing as it's been 3 days now
