@bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Transfering my wife's mobile from @bt_uk to @sky. In 3 long calls over 6 weeks with @bt_uk & never mentioned the Unlocking code needed to transfer. Now without that phone for 10 days or face £42/month bill rather than the £8/month sim only deal we have with Sky. Fuming!

Just had a phone call that my internet was going to be cut off due to illegal activity. I thought I’d play along today. When I couldn’t help myself from laughing at her she told me I was an idiot and that I should ‘shut my mouth’. So I suspect she wasn’t from @bt_uk after all.
