@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

Hi @bt_uk . BT Homehub completely dead. No WiFi, no BroadBand, no TV, nothing. Engineer visited earlier today, unable to fix it. Reckons it's an external "Cabinet" problem. Suggested I call you direct. But you don't answer the phone. So I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
