Four support chat sessions, 2 scheduled engineer visits (with no one coming over), @bt_uk is still unable to provide broadband connection to my flat in the middle of London. It has been 8 days and counting. Anyone have a broadband provider recommendation other than BT?

@bt_uk Sadly it seems we are going round in circles. 1) reported issue on 8th, diag check reported fault 2) 14th phone line ok but broadband still poor 3) repeat process on 15th and diagnostics check showing fault. We cannot continue with such poor broadband when working from home!
