Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

@BTCare please not I will be expecting a refund for the lack of internet service all day today which I’ve been told won’t be fixed till tomorrow. The outage has affected working from home and online university lectures

Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk You are very condescending right now. My household can’t do our jobs because of your crap service. And it’s fibre optic broadband. Drs & supermarket staff are working through the pandemic too. We can’t today & tomorrow because of a full outage. Don’t be ignorant with your replies

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk Trust me on this one, your customer services tried and failed multiple times, yet I still had to pay full price for a service your engineers could not deliver after 4 visits. Contracts only seem to work one way! Industry needs to change

@bt_uk That's what my BT connection was like until recently. Seems to me good or bad WIFI has very little to do with the provider, it's a myth you all spread to try and get us to change contracts. Truth is it makes very little difference who you use.

@bt_uk So the managers callback that was promised within 4 hours is now over 13 hours and still no contact. Do yourselves a favour and avoid BT at all costs, they genuinely do not care in the least about the problems they cause.
