.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk my BT box is stuck on the loading page and has been all day. I've switched it off/on several times, had the router off too, it hasn't rectified the problem. I've tried logging the incident online, it's sending me round in circles.

@bt_uk My nanas internet is constantly going off & so is my mothers. What is going on with your services? When will they be rectified?? She’s been a loyal BT customer for 50 years and she’s never had so much carry on as what she’s having now. Ridiculous.
