Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks.   @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

  @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more insane, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner), had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.

  @bt_uk Have finally spoken to someone this am. Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Only after making a massive fuss I now have an open reach appt on Mon
