@bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

@bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach So a minute ago while talking to customer care who fob me off again said there’s nothing that can be done. Then BT text bot tells me that there IS a fault and that engineers will be fixing it. But I find out these aren’t BT engineers but Openreach, even though I pay BT.

@bt_uk Given up complaining cos its pointless. First it was the old hub so got a new one problems persisted internet drops out out constantly but no fault even though engineers said there was all the apps on tv stop working apps on phone same and smart meter but not your fault jokers
