    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

    @btbusinesscare When I got through, first issue solved easily. However, trying to then get through to report a fault the same as before. I'm afraid at the moment I can't afford over 30mins on the phone! It'll need another time & more patience!

    When I using @skytv superfast fibre, the speeds would drop drastically while I was downloading a game on #PS5 meaning playing online at the same time wasn't smooth. Since I got @bt_uk fibre 2... no such issues #HappyDays 👍🏼

    Im appalled with the service (or lack of) I got from @bt_uk today. Several agents can't answer my questions. My Internet is unusable but because everything appears fine their end they don't care. Engineers have proved faults but they still don't care. Release me already

    @bt_uk Hi. Please investigate the declining standard of your BT Sport APP through smart TV, which keeps cutting out and giving error code VC526. Running a 63mb fibre connection, everything else works fine except for your app. Exceedingly poor.

    This is gonna be my last tweet regarding this, but @bt_uk is saying another outage has happened and 24/48 hours without wifi again. It's getting really ridiculous, especially when I have 6th form work to get done online by a deadline :/
