  @bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.

This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
