    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @vmfieldtech @CraigHarper0105 @btsport Don’t go there Craig - I’m with them and it’s terrible. Utilisation issues in my area for over 6 months that they keep promising to fix with dates continually moving.

    @bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    Contrarily, my house in Nottingham hasn't had broadband for more than a month because @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp can't seem to get their act together and fix a fault caused by a competing provider.

    @bt_uk and im very sorry that the service im getting is filled with lies from a very unprofessional company.. for which im gonna have to now make a formal complaint to bt..and ofcom..and send every copy of the conversations iv had on twitter to ofcom too..and the engineers mobile

    @Wyefarm I changed from years of terrible @bt_uk broadband and even worse customer service. Paid £50/m for phone & bb. I joined @EE 4gee broadband. Haven’t looked back! 80Mbs down 15Mbs upload and unlimited data for £39.99 a month and their customer service was excellent in setting up.

    @bt_uk I notice you have painted over some of banksys precious work. If an agreement cannot be reached I will cancel everything I have with BT. I know it won’t make much difference to you but maybe if all LUFC supporters did the same you might have a rethink.
