Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
