All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

luzetah (@luzetah_) reported@bt_uk became a customer on the 1st, yet we don't have internet access and we won't have any news about an engineer coming to fix it until Friday. This is unacceptable in this day and age, wouldn't have changed my provider if I had known.
