@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Such a contrast in customer service between @TalkTalk and @bt_uk I had a problem, contacted BT by text, and was phoned back really quickly. The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job
