    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @LizzyCryer857 @bt_uk I was told today there is NO complaints department. All complaints dealt with by whichever (junior) staff member picks up the phone. Spent 1h20 today re-opening a complaint that was closed with no resolution. Only to find they’ve closed it again hours later still with no resolve!

    @bt_uk - the service is just appalling! i call to upgrade the package and then get told to complete online. Cant even log on!!!! Can someone please call me. Im not waiting another hour

    @marcjon9 @bt_uk I’ve had the same issue - promised a call back last Monday between 9 and 10am to discuss a complaint. I’m still waiting for it. But in meantime they’ve closed my complaint without any resolution. I spent 1h 20 reopening it today, & they’ve now closed it again after doing nothing!

    Day 73 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

    @bt_uk in that letter you said this "we're really sorry to see you go so here is your final bill, then you gave a view of his services and stated he stopped his service on 29th September. He didn't stop his service then as he was dead, his widow stopped the service
