-
John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, Englandday two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!
-
Big L 🏳️🌈 (@bunjlessball) reported from Bromley, England@bt_uk Yes, I’m still awaiting a connection team after another fail appointment with no communication!
-
Andrew Mackenzie (@awmackenzie) reported from Bromley, EnglandSo @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. -
Jessica Andrews (@Jess_L_Andrews) reported from Merton, England@bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

-
Helen Wakelam (@HelenWakelam) reported@bt_uk how do I get to speak with someone on the helpdesk about a broadband fault instead of dealing with a dreadful bot over text - disgraceful service?
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reported@bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.
-
Stephen Sharples (@sharpysharps) reported@WeAreOpenreach And then there is @bt_uk who are just beyond useless and unable to get any info at all on the problem after being kept on hold for an hour. Absolutely tinpot from both companies.
